Improve user experience in trying to reduce the operating cycle in a recruitment process. Key benefit is zero errors, faster time to complete administrative activity and improves ability to produce accurate reports

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tools I have seen. For a non programmer like me, making automation so easier using simple configuration is superb! The IQ bots is one of the most impressive cognitive tools I have come across.
Further, the Metabot helps to create complex automations which can be easily integrated with overall bots to ensure complicated processes are also automated with minimum amount of programming knowledge. End to end automation using Metabots, IQ Bots, Screen Recorders helps an business to achieve true ROI out of an RPA Implementation using Automation Anywhere.
I also understand that in near future, ROI will further increase with the state of art RPA on Cloud Platform launched recently as beta version. I am sure this will be a game changer as installation proess which was little difficult earlier will no longer be required as users can only concentrate on bot development

I am an AA enthusiastic trying to push my customers to use this platform for business and IT operation. I have been able to prove its worth to many customers over last few months

IQ bots Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The intelligence of IQ bots are great. It helps to implement cognitive features in the Automation. This tool comes in handy if your working on beyond Rule based automation
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited features or capabilities when comes to MS office applications. This needs to be worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have done POC on invoice processing BOT using Automation Anywhere. It saved my time which was being wasted in Manual work and its is fast and error free.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like with the training is the approach they've taken, slowly but surely as they say, they've pointed out different points that are crucial in learning AA. taking in consideration that there is still some which isn't skilled enough in AA by citing important points to build and help improve their knowledge about it.
Automation anywhere is really easy to be familiar with, with it's simple controls, you don't to spend a lot of time in order to get a hold of what it can really do, another great feature is its complexity, it can be used in automating with other programs like Microsoft's Excel Office and etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Slow approach which can still be improved by citing relevant points in the early part of the presentation. During the live presentation, some minor mistakes were committed but can be improved in the next presentations. Long pause are also somewhat annoying at times, shifting of different topics from one to another should also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily solving issues in relation to our health production team, using it to create bots that will impact the production workforce cost and other factors such as: AHT, FTE and etc therefore reducing the human intervention needed to manipulate claims from websites and other platforms. We also automate processes in order to mimic certain actions which can save their time and use it to something more important. We also solve end to end process times, creating bots which can greatly improve the time frames to finish projects.

This is a good product in improving the process of Robotic Process Automation across different companies.

What do you like best about the product?
AA holds keys to unlimited oprtunities, and the tools like web recording and smart recording are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen recording is not the best fit in for most thing I deal with and recording tools skips few steps which need to be look into..

Elimination of human errors and slow process speed.

Automation Anywhere is the best in RPA platform. We could see numerous advantages. The product is also like Automation "Anything", because the non-cloned objects can be easily achieved via Metabot. Seems even the unstructured data can also be achieved in AA by using IQ bot. So to me the AA is the best RPA tool which i have seen so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The control room operation. Seems somewhat tough to explore the control room
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently i solved an issue through AA . The task is to pick a date from a website which contains calendar view. Through inspect elements I have found java properties and by using wildcard/siblings option in AA the task was easily achieved.

I have started training in AA 4 months ago and the progress has been tremendous so far. The articles and videos are clearly drafted, Would recommend for all first time users of AA.

Nothing specific observed as the implementations are still in progress

Go for a full fledged tool implementation instead of fragmented modules for optimized performance of the tool. this gives the user and projet team to leverage on the maximum functionalities of Automation anywhere tool. Most of the implementations come with predefined logic.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere allows you to doncomplex tasks with so little easy to use functionalities. Ino need to create many lines of codes jist to create a complex functionality. Drag and drop functionality allows the business users to easily do tasks in a short period of time.

Nothing in particular. Automation Anywhere isnan excellence tool compared to its competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role as a consultant. I value every minute spent in doing my solutions and proposals to my clients. I do not want to spend time filling up my timesheets and my claims, hence I have automated my claom submission as timesheet creation allowing me to focus ln doing my solutions for my client's processes rather than doing repetitive, unmeaningful tasks.
