What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the Most flexible tool for any one who can understand from scratch with no knowledge on tool, AA is the first one to have cognitive solution for unstructured data. I have directly worked on a huge savings project with IQ bot which made the repetitive work more flexible with much scalability. AA support is to the best in helping clients, users to find solution when they stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything in automation anywhere because there is a way to find solution for any scenario with our working talent to write the best solution code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working on the automating payment invoices for the client with a very huge savings. we have included IQ BOT, Meta bot, Task Bot with analytic Dashboard which is giving the best accurate output with analytics of what has been automated. this has reduced the repetitive work of max employees.

I would likely suggest Automation anywhere to others as it is flexible to understand, manage , automate and maintain

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is that one can work at their own pace, while gaining knowledge on things one would never expect to learn. Everyone who is looking into the technology life should make Automation Anywhere their first learning stop. I enjoy that its very educational and that the information that I've learned can be used more that just with automation anywhere. Automation Anywhere is a source of information that can be used by a wide range of age groups. The information provided is very easy to comprehend and easy to put to use when necessary. I am a STEM Major and Automation Anywhere taught me things that I didn't learn in my study.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a great learning source, but the interface sometime puts a halt to your movement in the modules because it will not keep up with your progress. Although those things happened, it did not stop the enjoyment of working with Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems such as billing and clients, recruitment information, as well as working with invoices. The benefits of this is that it makes production of those processes faster and more efficient.

Automation Anywhere is a great source of information for the new world of technology. It gives you an overall education experience of everything one may need to know when working with automation anywhere. If one runs into a problem, the support team is great with working with you to solve those problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Following are things I loved about the tool:-
1) Ease of use and UI Developer options - You can get people to learn this tool quickly. Its as easy as writing code in laymen English. Developers can just explore the features and write code, without even having training programs. You won't need best of programmers to automate simple processes.
2) Enterprise RPA Features - Develop your code with industry best practices, quickly with the help of features like- Queues(to be used in multiple bots for single process), Bot Insights, Credentials Manager, Control room to deploy. Best in class Control Room Management features.
3) Even Business operation teams can build small attended bots to help themselves finish their job quickly without a lot of training effort.
Updated version AA 360
1) Its a whole new tool, and as the name suggests (AA 360) it provides a lot many integrations with AI technologies ranging from IBM Watson, Microsoft Luis, AWS AI.
2) There are major changes on development side, its completely cloud based, required no seperate dev license for development (which is good for a quick start)
3) variables now have data type and you can do a lot more with Data tables, Dictionary type variables etc.
4) Also allows small code integration which is again a plus plus.
5) Community edition and support portal is much more helpful for developers now.

We have automated many processes belonging to very different domains of business processes.
Some like Account and Base maintenance backend processes for Banks to Operations support integrated with Service Now.
As our automation framework matured, the benefits increased exponentially and we were able to deploy bots almost weekly or bi weekly.
We have been able to achieve hyper automation stage in Infrastructure support proccesses.

You want to ride on the journey of automation, just believe in it, work hard towards it and Automation Anywhere gives you the best platform to do that with Industry Best practices.
It takes some time to realize its full potential, once you have a good tested framework ready and the it becomes incredibly easier to automate and realize benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
With automation anywhere i have automated 100+ reports and yearly this has saved my 200+ hours of my time and while running reports on this tool i can work on other things also. This tool is very much reliable.And the course for this tool is also very good. You can learn it by yourself without help of anyone . Courses like V11 and V10 are two best courses to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think repository upload thing should be automatic so that incase if we forget to upload the work done and deleted by mistake we can recover it . As i faced this thing and i was not able to recover it i had to rework it again. It was very time taking for doing it again .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating my reports and saving my time so that i can utilise my time somewhere else.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Master Certified user of Automation Anywhere A2019, the best part about the software is the ease of use of all the packages and the interface is very easy for beginners to understand, also the number of packages which Automation Anywhere covers almost everything, to automate all the repetitive tasks. Also automation anywhere provides mobile app, which is very much required these days. This osftware is cloud based, so can be accessed from anywhere using URL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the packages which Automation has provided needs to be improved, The migration from v11.x to A2019 is little bit tricky, but doesnt affect you if you are directlyon A2019. AA upgrades their softwares wth new versions every 2/3 weeks, sometimes leads to overall install of IQ bot A2019. Overall the software is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive tasks which needs to be done daily or monthly can be very easily automated, the tasks like filing GST, SAP sales orders, 3 way match, voucher/memo creation or monthly salary payments, or data managements, or data entry can be solved easily, Daily mail sending or mail reminder can be automated too. Automating these tasks can increase productivity of people and also save man hours and these people can work for something better which overall increases the efficiency of the organization.

Automation Anywhere is one of the leading Companies in RPA, whenever you want any tasks which is very repetitive and has to be done again and again and requires manpower, we can easily automate the task and create a Bot, by automation Man power, time and money is saved and the work is done very Efficiently and effectively.

The only downfall is a visual one; it would make development easier and cleaner if there was a way to collapse loops and if statements.
