A fairly unique RPA in the market with enough extra tools.
What do you like best about the product?
The way in which Automation Anywhere automates is much simpler and easier, it is much less complicated when working with environments such as Excel, when making direct use of computer resources and applications without anything between them.
The handling of Big Data is not at all a problem for Automation Anywhere and the way in which it can be combined with IBM tools or some other software providers is good.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are problems that are not understood, often similar to bugs in the system, especially with the connections between the multiple extensions to additional programs or to the CR.
Their learning plan is not so good, but nevertheless I think it can be complemented quite well, the forum is not so extensive and it is not so easy to understand or learn to handle the extra tools that Automation Anywhere has (IQBot, MetaBot, Bot Insight, etc).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way to automate things front office in Automation Anywhere is really good, as well as the MetaBots for the control of web environments, can solve many problems and repetitive processes in a simple and correct way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not think that this is not like programming, maybe you do not have to memorize as much syntax as in the programming languages, but you need to understand scripts, you need to understand the users, the environments in which you work and the multiple variables of all what could go wrong, implement agile methodologies, implement a good analysis strategy, do testing, dedicate time to the forums and keep learning, to know correctly where the RPA is heading in your country or environment.

Ease of use, its all that simple tool to just drag and drop.

Not having the flexibility to code on own

Any monotonous work you name could be automated, you don't have to wait for a resource to sit back and complete. Have the code in place and results are delivered as expected. No surprise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy drag and drop feature, for any non-developer background people to understand and run the tool. Application has all commands and controls, just that you need to know how to use and frame a logic around your business use case to best fit the requirement.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI journey has started a bit late in my humble opinion. IQ bot is good and balanced start but the amount of pressure organizations are feeling today from unstructured information/data should have been a catalyst for AA to start that journey much quicker. They are on the right track, albeit a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA is helping us solve problems that have existed for ages and plagued client accounts where not only we had to plan and add resources frequently but also play catchup with business impacting KPIs. More importantly, AA is helping our customers realize us service providers' true potential. No other solution has come close to be able to save customers real dollars. The benefits have extended to the resource pool as well where they are able to spend more time with analytical activities than mundane work items.

Don't use it in silos. Make an enterprise level strategy and big bang!

Creating IQ bots for our clients, but Unable to integrate with IQ Bot.

Working from Automation anywhere 10.7 .It will be straightforward to learn, even for those who are starting a carrier with a nontechnical background .

Document automation needs to be enhanced.

The entire architecture, programming interface, the set up is improved much after new releases.

Citrix is little challenging. Please come up with something new way of getting this sorted

We have automated 12-14 dashboards and it sends almost 7dashboard each in a day. Saved 60+tickets from raising

I would recommend people should use AA to ensure the industry is heading for automation and AA is the best option as it has reasonable pricing model and better partnership opportunities

This tool make it all easy!! It is really easy to learn, with a few learning you will be in the correct path, it is also very intuitive and that make it easy to use, you don't need to know anything about programming languages.
It has an interactive GUI that guide you through the learning process and help you to remember later what you need to automate a process.

The must have of a control room to execute a robot. It will be perfect if you can "test" a robot solely with the client side without the need of a Control Room.
Also need to improve the way that a bot can "save" or "send" messages directly during execution.
Please review the GUI to get a new "look", so it will be easy to use. The Look and feel looks a little "older".

What do you like best about the product?
when it comes to AA, I'm in awe at the fact that all these mundane processes can be compacted down to a push of a button. This is truly a milestone in technology that I'm confident will give new life and determination to business owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about AA is the fact that even though the courses and trainings are easily accessible, there's not a lot of promotions about the platform.
