Simple and elegant tool in market for RPA implementation
What do you like best about the product?
It will be easily to learn and implement the process with the drag and drop facility which is lack in other tools in market. one with little knowledge about programming can automate the process which is very important for reaching the larger customer and AA easily overtake other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no specific reason , but some time AA client is not running automatically instead we need to start the service to launch the AA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented BPO process end to end for the client application which are legacy one and AA easily recognize the object and we are able to quickly implement the process. And few other repeated task done by the team are automated and we able to reduce the repetitive task done by person and we are using them for other work instead

You can definitely go this tool compared to other tools in the market

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very clean and easy to navigate. Anyone can ramp up on RPA and create a working bot in very little time. The bot store is a great addition, and can save you loads of time. The release of a community version was the best thing AA could have done for people looking to get into RPA. Other products had a community version with greatly improves the education and sales effort by being able to demonstrate RPA capabilities. Now with a free community AA release, this has enhanced our ability to get AA in front of people more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all with the dev workbench. My only negative experience has been with the sales team, and lack of response when contacting to get pricing for a former employer. We felt blown off by a sales rep. We weren't big enough for him to care. Questions weren't answered, and a huge price was thrown out to send us away. Not a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of AHT in call centers. Scheduled reports delivered to Execs. Reduction in errors and increased FTE utilization. Also, due to API limitations in certain applications, Automation Anywhere filled in the gaps and allowed us to complete a task in very little time. Happy customers and IT shop.

Sign up and get the community version. Also, take full advantage of the training provided by AA. It's great.

Without any programming skills also you can learn automation anywhere easily

Sometimes it is really difficult to resolve our doubts. Gmail automation is difficult as after the 1st attempt google blocks you out

Sometimes there isn't much control over some aspects of the automation, which is where coding aspect will come valuable

What do you like best about the product?
IQ bot, Meta bot and Bot insight are the best products in this suite. Most real world use cases can be automated using these products quite easily.
Training courses are very helpful and covers broad set of feature set.
I can see lot of effort put in to create intuitive training materials.
Another best part is about the capability of automating processes without much need of programming skills.

What do you dislike about the product?
Excel automation could have been much more simpler. eg: traversing from one cell to another.
Certain training modules such as workload management can be better organized to demonstrate end to end use case flow of the feature or even some times, the training courses demonstrate simpler use cases only. So, it would be better if some complex and real world scenarios are also covered.
For complex scenarios, programming skills would be required, but it is just limited to C#, VBS and JS. I think we should also think of supporting Python as it is a widely used general purpose language thereby utilizing its power in end to end automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Anywhere Automation is a user-friendly tool, seems the GUI looks more comfortable to use, and in parallel, you can get to know more about this tool considering the learning material available on its site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anywhere automation support is quite limited, I could find any support which you can get connect and start getting support instantly such as web chat or through call. Only I found email is the process to connect automation support if found any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to fetch data from the web and multiple invoices and extract them in the required format. And yes, of course, it is quite faster once you create the respective bot against the requirement and in pallel, it reduced the cost and increase the efficiency.

I love Automation Anywhere because the developing process of a bot is very fast and friendly, you can even automate a complex process whithout the need of coding.

The only thing that dislike me about Automation Anywhere is the options of the Control Room, I thing that this is an option that you can improve more.

What do you dislike about the product?
There should be feature for Datatable variable.Looping feature can be simplified.
ATMX file is fully encrypted. There should be something to read the ATMX file using c#.
Sometime ATMX file does not open if you have different version of AA. It should be rectified.
