A BOT Next Door for customers
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly for developers & for business users to manage BOTs . Also - AA provide wide range of functionalities which helps developer to achieve completion faster. Their recent version A360 gives more access to functionalities for various projects

Machine learning and NLP should be associated along with the product

I will strongly recommend Automation Anywhere as it helps to easily implement BOTs in any organization. Non technical expertise can also user AA to develop and deploy bots in short span of time. in terms of BOT management & execution is at ease. The distinctive feature AA has - they comply to all audit requirements and robust product implementation at customer place in short span of time. AA Support ensures to address queries with 24 hours of ticket been raised. CSM & Account managers are constantly in touch to know if there are any pain areaas to address by AA and help us to address them in their forthcoming enhancement. THis helped us to be more active with Automation anywhere in BOT development and scaling up of bots. BOT insight provides larger view on BOT utilization and ROI .AA as a product is reliable in terms of security aspect and project implememtation. They also ensure to support us running scripts using AA console. AA has been supportive to their customers and scale up BOTs to its customers.

AA offers IQ Bot. Security features I.e. Locker is good

Not a dislike.. Good to have frature - Test Auyomation for CI/CD

BOT Developmemt time is lesser. So one can consider AA.

Tool has one of the largest community forum to discuss the difficluties faced during the work. Apt response from the AA support team for the queries raised or tickets raised on the website or AA portal.
There are so many pre-built bots on the bot store which one can download and start using it in our process. Documentation present for prebuilt bot to use in our process which we are automaing.

Nothing much to dislike. Its greate that AA is evolving day by day & looking forward to add more fetures inthe tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It started a couple of years back when I was debugging a mainframe code; a guy came next to me and showed a small demo on mainframe automation through AA. In a couple of minutes, I could build a use case independently, and from then till now, it's an endless journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new version gives us a platform to automate many things, nothing to dislike as such. Something more robustness can be added to object cloning c mmand.

Benefits are in millions from an organization's perspective. Starting from creating daily reports, activating new user accounts, deactivating older ones, generating invoices for orders, automating use cases based on Sap, Oracle, Salesforce, mainframe, Citrix based, web-based, PDF excels, etc.
AI Interface has made days easier in both customer and End user point of view

A2019 and Forms which made a creative change in the tool and the solution point of view.

Performs slow when compare to other tools and High Cost, agreed best products have high cost.

Slowness in Trial version launcing control tower, publishing to control tower.

I just used it for learning. But I felt it is going to be userful in many aspects like API testing, PDF testing and even using excel and filling any UI with multiple set of data. decision making and routing the transactions accordingly.

Robotic Process Automation tool is one of the best automation performing tool out there. It has a lot of features and is very user-friendly. It helps users to get the required process done within a short period of time.
