Automation Anywhere is cool RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Automation Anywhere for automating few mundane repetitive tasks in our project, earlier doing automation was challenging, after using user friendly RPA tool like Automation Anywhere automation has become easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel fonts are bit small and GUI can still be improved, apart from this it looks good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to automate our reporting and ticket creation work using Automation Anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to automate your tasks easily without much efforts, go for Automation Anywhere, one stop solution for your automation needs.

What do you like best about the product?
As compare to other RPA tools Automation Anywhere as most of the advantages to automate any kind of process. Initially when we want to automate any web application that application need to available then only we used automate but after introduction of Metabot this issue got resolved if you capture once we can use same screen anytime and we can automate. Previously we used to automate only structured files but recently Automation Anywhere introduced latest version of IQ bot with that we can able to automate non structured PDF s too.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I don't have any negative opinion on AA but while using Citrix Automation, accuracy of process is not up to the mark. Because mostly when we are doing Citrix Autoamtion, we able to go with only OCR , IR and keystrokes only. Basically they will depends on position and previously captured screens. Due to this We didn't get much result. We requested AA support team to upgrade Citrix Automation command. So they did in latest version of AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated so many process by using AA with that I reduced the AHT of the process and business got the best FTE benefit. As of now I have automated all different types input processes like Excel,CSV, notepad, XML , Windows applications and web applications too. Initially when I started development with these input application faced some issues but finally I done in a best way which resulted in good profits to the business and got the best opinion on company too.

Among all RPA tools I can say AA is the best tool that can give more product benefit.

Its user friendly , development is fast that serves the purpose of the RPA , Excel command is great ,web and object cloning.

There should be something like this when we edit the variable wherever we are using those variables in commands also get updated.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working at Automation Anywhere full-time for more than 1 years. Automation Anywhere is the leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA),Design and define RPA strategies for SAP with AAE is best thig in AAE. From Cognitive Capability and Re – usability point of view Automation Anywhere leads the way.Client server architecture is much better than other tool in market. Thanks for being there :)
What do you dislike about the product?
we need to use DLL file to run functionality but the difficult part is to get those DLL file where as in other tool it is not recommended that to use DLL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently solving critical and tedious work/business process for SAP by automating it . Also working on Invoice management system using OCR provided in AAE.

Do not think that this is not like programming,but you need to understand scripts, you need to understand the users, the environments in which you work

What do you like best about the product?
I like Automation Anywhere because it is flexible, you can drag objects(Command) and drop them when performing the Tasks likewise we need not to run the code from starting, we can run the piece of code directly. I generally like the part where one isn't require to much experience on how to code, it is to learn and use individually. Documentation parts available on your website allowed me to understands the all commands thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
though Automation Anywhere is a best tool which helps ease work , but with respect to UI,
I get to a great deal of scrollbars and also sometimes it refuse to open without any sign of issue.

As I am started working with this RPA Tool and I have realized that this is the best tool to automate the applications. There are nearly 575+ commands available in Automation Anywhere command Library to achieve automation with 95 percent accuracy.

I recommend new users to learn this adaptable and valuable tool because of easy to use and gives the high accuracy.
The overall expericence was very nice, i mean in a short time one can learn and achive many things..

How well they have consolidate the different modules in few topics... its good and very easy to pick up points and learn them and the UI is also very user friendly ...

Using AA is comparatively easier than other RPA vendors, AA ui is simplistic and debugging is more advanced than other vendors, scheduling the bots is easier and use of control room is simple.

if we change a variable name then we need to manually go and change the name in respective commands which is time consuming.

Invoice processing. And decreased the processing time from 2 min to 35 seconds and increased the revenue.
Understanding Bot types and functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
The simple and user friendly training material available without any complex coding, the explanations are dynamic and truly suits to anyone who has some inclination towards innovation and automations, the support is awesome and building a bot is really a cake walk with Automation Anywhere, we have lot many projects in pipeline and are about to implement our first RPA automation in production this month, I am sure after you give it a try you will agree with me that it is lot more easier than it looks.

There isn't anything as such to dislike, the team has done an awesome job in building up the module, however there is too much of information to consume, and yes, learning has no end, the Bot functionalities keep you occupied and amazed all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am almost near completion of my first Automation using RPA (AA Platform), and we are working to develop the bots to post Journals in Finance and accounting, we have created bots, trained them given necessary access and tested, it is so amazing to see the outcomes, it is just like a magic, you just lock your system and someone is already working in the background, we are rolling it out this month onwards on production and I so look forward to its successful execution.
