What do you like best about the product?
The way the course content is created and curated for each certification is awesome. The visual representation and it is much less complicated when working with environments such as Excel, when making direct use of computer resources and applications without anything between them.
The support provided in communities is very helpful in solving problems where you get stuck.

What do you dislike about the product?
Used cases from a lot more industry vertical would help a wider array of aspirants to understand the implications and advantages to their own scenarios.
Sometimes there are problems that are not understood, often similar to bugs in the system, especially with the connections between the multiple extensions to additional programs or to the CR.
Additionally integration with a few legacy systems especially mainframe based applications is a bit clunky which takes a lot of time in resolving and identifying the right solutions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently solving a lot of payables related problems with automating our entire payments system. We have automated our accounts payables completely with the help of automation anywhere. It has virtually become touchless AP. Our reconciliations processes have also been automated with the help of automation anywhere. Our clients are super happy with the level and speed with which we have managed to automate our processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While the training is amazing it is advisable that the entire project team undergoes the basic training on the user modules in automation anywhere. This will help with an easier implementation journey and less lag in the overall deployment cycles.
Most user friendly Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have used other Automation tools before started using Automation anywhere. To be Honest, i was really thinking what difference it could make much. But once i built my first BOT i got completely convinced that it is much better than the previous tools. It is very user friendly tool to use and the sample videos available for learning is easy to understand. the way it connects to other application and interaction with image capturing or the Metabot style is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task list can be much more appealing than what it is now...it looks like a 300 to 400 lines when we finish a small BOT and hard to trace a certain step quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily simple task which involves multiple applications can be handled with ease in Automation anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the user friendliness of both the client and the Control Room helps an individual to understand the software even if he or she does not possess a technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since A2019 has been launched, there has been far too many known issues identified. If that could be avoided then the software is too good for any user to get a hands on Automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, I am an Automation Anywhere Developer in a well reputed organization. Currently, I am working on a project wherein the bot needs to login to PLEX and search for records assigned for a particular user. The bot then moves onto process the record by sending an email in PLEX and update the status of the record as completed. The bot performs the activity with a a couple of validations for all the records assigned to the user.

If you are looking for a software which helps you solve all your monotonous work with maximum ease then Automation Anywhere is your product. Additionally, the set up and its pre-requisite of minimum technical background makes it a go to product in the field of Automation.

If you have met the right specification of the system , this is a very reliable tool with rare failures.
Not too much of programming skills are required, which makes it more user friendly.

The only problem is, it sometime makes the system a bit slow. So its a must that system meets the specified RAM and storage.

It can be used to automate in any kind of platform. We are using it to automate SAP based processes which is running 24/7 and has proved to be a great benefit to the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere providing easy and convenient user interface for clients. We will face issues with our internet speed sometimes during working hours, but automation anywhere client will be able to connect with server even with low speed internet connection.

One thing I observed during the our daily tasks automation, automation anywhere is unable to read the contents from hand written documents with 100 percentage accuracy

Every day we have to send status reports to our higher management team. this is static task where machine can do without humans intervention, but need to develop a big application to make it automatically happen,

Automation Anywhere did not just provide insight to the RPA processes and the benefits of applying it but it also helped get a process description on all the methodologies on the flow of design of its concept to deliver products with low manual process interventions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lessons could have provided read-up ppt or documentation of the ongoing training too.

We are seeking to apply it in our project for future delivery of components to production.
Been using AA since a year now and it is one of the best automation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of AA I see is its capacity to allow us build a robust bot. I have seen the processes being automated in multiple tools but when we actually built one on AA it had the wonderful robust bot. The client definitely agreed in a single go that AA was it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature at this point for me is the OCR. We have a business case where the bot has to read a handwritten comment/number and make an entry in the web portal. I would really like AA to improve on this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved many different problems using AA tool. We have automated multiple processes that spans across multiple departments from HR to Operations. The biggest problem that AA helps me solve is getting the mundane and repetitive processes automated. The major benefit that we have reaped out of this is the workforce can focus more on decision-making and creative aspect of their job since there is no more anything called as "backlog".

If you are confused to choose a automation tool, instead of reading through reviews (for/against) I suggest people to create a POC for the process in AA. The result speaks for itself.
