What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I like everything about the platform. I will surely rate/ review once I have discovered something which I dislike in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still new to the automation field, and I believe I will be able to solve a lot of problems with AA.

What do you like best about the product?
1)We can easily built the process by using system variables compared to other tools
2)using Metabot gives accurate results .
3)using iqbot we can get the data compared to other tools it is most secured because of own server usage and good support by automation anywhere team.
4)update is happening good for every update their is lot of improvement of automation anywhere control room, Automation anywhere client, and Iqbot

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interface while developing the process it looks very small on screen. some times for large projects it is some what difficult to see required command
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are solving the problems occurs in repetitive rule based tasks and benefits that we realized are accuracy, easy implementation , installing control room and managing by our own
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation anywhere is quite good and highly secure and provides good technical support with reasonable cost just try it once I advice every RPA project just use it once serious loves it

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about AA is that the UI is very user friendly and self explanatory. Even a business user can easily design and develop a process

There are simple date conversion functions which are missing

It has not impacted my work but has definitely beneficial for my clients wherever we have implemented Automation Anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
Reduce the manual tasks by automating, reducing the manual efforts, increasing the productivity with the use of AI enabled bots

No proper learning path to becone ezpert in the same RPA tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of documentation works are automated, getting the responses from the bot, so there will not be dependenxy on the team

Increase the productivity with lesser resources
A Developer friendly product. Ease of learning the tool through modules at AA university.
What do you like best about the product?
Design the bots using task bots and metabots through multiple combinations has been easy and has added good value to the customers.The bot insights is really phenominal. IQ bots is a revolutionary automation product which is very useful and powerful in BPO sector. The customer support from your end is excellent.
UI is very good. The database connectivity of excel is fantastic for automating the excel work.The credential vault setup is really very helpful in authentication part of an SOX compliant or GXP application.
Very easy to buIld macros and run them. Script running feature is also very useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
IR is not reliable when the screen coordinates and font keeps changing. The object cloning also fails many times and hence need to recapture the elements wherever needed. The reliability of using it in unatended mode is something that is questionable. The product features can be always enhanced further. AA client gets hung sometimes which can be improved as in this case and we need to reopen the client using the desktop icon. Capturing screenshot in Error handling is very good. We cannot run Visual studio in the system where AA is intstalled. I think these both are not compatable in the same syatem. This creates problem for simultaneous development on .net framework(Creation of DLL's).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have worked in automation SAP based ERP candidates. I have also automated web based out of design portal from BMC remedy software. We have done automation on Citrix systems. Customer has got benefited with the FTE uplift.

Its the market leading product in RPA and must be opted as it is developer friendly.

1.when i use trail version, its get disconnected every five min.
2.Also we cannot capture Signature and hand written documents.
3. There are some commands need to be improved.

1.Problems like handling unexpected pop-up in between of process in run time.
2.Comparing two excel sheet and keeping the matched records in 3rd excel sheet.

4.Extracting table from browser and maintaining log for the same.

If anyone is more interested in RPA world then i would suggest for Automation anywhere tool which is more easier to study as compare to other RPA tools.
You will learn many things like without opening the excel we can read the excel.
Also we can implement dll on metabot.

Drag and drop options. There is no need of high level coding knowledge.

One of the best RPA tools which any one from non IT background also can learn and master it.

1. Copy of variables from one task to another, we don't have the option to copy multiple variables at a time.
2. Mapping of "IF" and "END IF" loop. When we have multiple lines of code with so many if else conditions it is difficult to map loop start and end point.
3. When comparing files even commented lines are not differentiated which creates confusion in comparing.
