What do you like best about the product?
The Functions and the RPA tools such as web scrapping capabilities and image recognition
What do you dislike about the product?
Speech recognition seems to be not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
repetitive task like password resets and web scrapping

What do you like best about the product?
Bot Insight, IQ Bot, easy to understand concept of bot runner, client & control room. Script based configuration with support for recordings of rule-based tasks. Also Relatively straightforward to learn, use and deploy. Competitive Control Room
Has a screen recorder capability. Can run on premise or the Cloud. and Increases quality
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much dissconnection from the server, Admin settings for creating & deleting users. No vision for RPA, ML AI solution. No Support for 3rd parties OCR engines. No out-of-the box ML/cognitive capabilities. No support for microsoft edge, only support SVN for code sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy Automation, scheduling of bots., also help us in capturing process screenshot and help a client to understand their enterprise automation potential
Integrates with apps via UI, does not require any physical integration and non-Intrusive. Offers backend integration options as well

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the best solutions for automating everyday mundane tasks and comes with variety of features for creating automation tasks. The training program has very good learning board with suggestions about the trainings depending on one's interest and experience. With Automation Anywhere it is very easy to create bots for most of the mundane activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning experience on the learning portal is not good. The content is great but there is so much buffering during videos that it takes more time to complete a training than required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on creating a tool using Automation Anywhere which will automatically raise the Change window for the deployments and will automatically run the Jenkins build and deploy Jobs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improvenments in the learning portal for east access to smooth and efficient learning.

What do you like best about the product?
Transformation of all Repetitive Task is one of the best thing which Bots can help the Human and human can focus more on more valuable task and spend time on that.
Centralized system which helps to manage multiple profiles is best in this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any dislikes in this product so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in POC stage so still need to validate the product in and out to get more benefit out of that.

What do you like best about the product?
Excel management in comparison with other Automation tools, it has advantage other them in this specific sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Impossible to schedule workflows, I reported this issue more than a year ago and it was "fixed" in the V11, while it wasn't sure after I contacted them and I installed the new one, a "solution" is on the way.
- No migration tools. Impossible to migrate from AA10 to AA11. The easy solution: You should buy a new server! And if the next year, we change again the CR, then you need to buy a new server again! Even the experts thought that none of their clients have moved to production, which showed that the solution wasn't properly tested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Any migration is impossible without increasing the budget and bad justifications from the support team, forgetting that more complex services like Windows, Office or Visual Studio have these capabilities.
- Impossible to schedule workflows without workarounds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check my issues, they are being ignored even by the high roles in the USA and nothing has been changed in more than a year.

What do you like best about the product?
In automation anywhere I likes the the command of excel operations in which we can easily perform the task in it without facing difficulties and it is easy to use also. Apart from that I have iused web recorder an dobject clonning which is good to use the web applications as well as the desktop applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
In automation anywhere there is no option to captured the fixed ids so or no alternative way is present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faced issue for a particular text box to set the value and its position is changing everytime in website

What do you like best about the product?
I have been introduction to the world RPA through Automation anywhere. It so business friendly to develop the bots and run them. It has expanded my knowledge and helped me to explore more possibilities in business processes and to create value to my customers
What do you dislike about the product?
AA tool has needs to improve their business insights module and their vulnerability in automating VDI 's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped in driving so business benefits to my customers . It has improve process compliance, helped in reducing manual errors almost to 0%, efficiency savings up to 40%
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend consultants who involved in assessments and in delivery because of its ease of use.

The automation in Life Sciences using IQ bot is highly commendable.

Live examples can be shown in IQ BOT & META bot.

BOTS can work 24/7 365 days this is the major advantage and the problem it has solved in my area is the repetitive tasks have been automated.
