RPA tool with Cognitive Capability
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to automate the web applications and desktop applications. Can integrate cognitive solutions to develop bots with OCR capabilities and it has very good architecture. Easy to deploy the bots. It has many bot trigger events which other RPA tools doesn't have. The attended automation feature is very useful in terms of front end automation which many RPA tools doesn't have. Also the work flow recording feature is very handy when it comes to automating the applications. Makes the work very easy and simple. Need not spy the application elements one by one instead it can be just recorded as the work is done. It is as if you show a demo to the AA tool what to do and the tool just learnt it and will replicate it the same way. Also the attributes of the recorded elements can be easily changed to suit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is much like any other coding IDE . It would be nice if it can be made similar to other RPA tools in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the rule based manual work. Benefits are accuracy and time reduction.

This is an intelligent component/functionality that makes connection to websites or web forms a breeze. It is very quick and efficient. it has user friendly interface which enables quick learning process for any developer.

Customization ability, custom dashboard. Ability to work with objects in applications running on a terminal server.

I like the most is that there are lots of programs available so that it is very easy to enhance my skills and after completing all necessary programs we could get certificates.

it takes lots of time for logging into the tool, so first it send code to mail after that only we r able to logging into tool, so that it is not that convenient to logging from mobile version

Automation Anywhere replaces the repetitive, mundane tasks to be done by humans with bots.It is quite a challenge to work with Automation Anywhere and the overall effort is reduced.

excel functions included in AA software are limited. Many features to be added like filter, conditional formatting etc. currently this can be done through macros

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best RPA tool I have ever come across. As a developer with more than 3yrs of industry experience and after using many RPA tools, I confidently say that Automation Anywhere is the best. Especially the IQ bot which enabled us to extract fields from documents is very impressive. The platform is super robust and extremely capable of handling any kind of applications and automating the task in a most simpler way. I believe this is a boon for all those companies which want to automate their business application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere sometimes take a bit more time to load variables while using Run task command. Also Python integration should come with this platform which will add additional benefits to developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have successfully automated Excel , Citrix , SAP and business applications. It has helped my clients ease their manual work and save their time my 70% and increasing their revenue by 85% . Infact clients personally say that they are really surprised by the way automation anywhere works and does their job intelligently. Yes it's intelligent indeed.

Easy to learn and easy to create Multi bot for common functions which can be used by other process.

We have to write code even for converting date. Control room is not having many features as in Uipath.

Like Tableau public, AA should also try giving a basic version for the public to use for basic purposes. At least for certified developers of that version, this makes developers to upgrade year on year and encourage to use and suggest advance features.
Setup service accounts in advance of creating a bot. Saves from having to tie accounts to specific user accounts. It will facilitate faster and more efficient bots.

Automation Anywhere enables organizations to implement fast fixes to human processes where integration timelines were typically 6 months to a year. AA saves many man hours and the ability to do things that would otherwise not have been possible without programming support. Really love object cloning which is a backbone component of AA.

Bot Analytics is highly priced but rest all looks good.

What do you like best about the product?
Through this one can do automation easily and daily or weekly replica tasks to avoid time consumption and effective way to do it instead of manual process , Through RPA every human task and effort can be reduced and the technology is highly useful . We can automate any tool and will design an orchestrator like Jenkins for deployment purpose as well . The drag and drop feature and the editor available is great plus point for Automation Anywhere . Process automation is triggered automatically just by initiating the process controlled by human
What do you dislike about the product?
the content is not much straighter than expected , need to know lot of basics before getting into RPA process ,rest are fine to learn from this site. The video and audio doesn't match in few videos hence it is little bit disgusting and annoying to watch the videos , but worth a watch to understand technically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
even for smaller things to understand the video clip time is more , which needs to load and then we need to watch it , little bit frustrating but then fine , clear cut understanding from the sessions and benefits of RPA process are great in this site . And one more thing the site always shows popup blocked even if I enable it in the search bar end .

We can strongly recommend to new bies like me , this is something new platform to learn new technology completely from the scratch , there are lot of courses to explore and to learn precisely from the same site , hence it is integration of all technologies
