Automation Anywhere-The RPA Pioneer
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best for the beginner in the RPA process development. The best thing is free course. I did my hands on training and development using free software. Code developed in Automation Anywhere is easy to understand as it is very user friendly. Automation Anywhere conduct conference or meetup for the Developers for knowledge transfer. I have learned many things from Automation Anywhere Webnier. I am from a core engineering background, I did not have any software experience. Although I found it is very easy to learn RPA using Automation Anywhere . Use Automation Anywhere makes the workflow more robust. The graphical structure and overview of code developed in Automation Anywhere is great. Using Automation Anywhere activity the exception in the process can be handled very easily, even the proper exception location can be identified in the code by using proper naming the each activity.Automation Anywhere is continuously updating or upgrading its software and adding new features into it. Last of all I want to say I am loving it.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA Enterprise: No major dislikes as such , however I thing we can combine both taskbot and metabot into one module. The Image recognition needs to get more accurate. IQBots: Application creates more groups that usual for similar types of invoices , Machine Learning needs to get more advanced to handle variations within a single group. We are working with AA on this. Bot Insights: Though this is easy to configure and report realtime , same can be achieved via enterprise reporting tools. What is the edge of using BOT Insights over others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the ease of use of the product. Automation can easily be configured as coding it is very simple. I like the metabot feature which enables offline development for my team. However looking at getting for command options which is coming with Version 11 as we upgrade.

It is very capable tool which can automate most of the day to day tasks.

Since it is onscreen automation sometimes users ask to execute it in the background without disturbing their daily routine and this is not possible.

Automated many financial/administration tasks in our office.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. We need to simply use command by clicking on command and it provides various features which can help to automate processes in a short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used maximum of this tool and I think tool is made to use to work on different things which may be excel, database, API etc. But I don't think anything is of least use. For sure I have not used few commands like XML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating various processes in my company. I have done web based automation. I am using automation to do excel operations. I have used many commands which were being used to automate processes.

This is best tool if you want automate your processes. It will make it easy for you to control your processes. You can schedule your processes too and you don't need to worry about being there to run your process.

The best part of Automation anywhere is that it has 550+ commands by which we can automate window and web-based applications and can easily create reports out of it. It is built with flexibility and smart features, plus it can scale to various requirements to lend more productivity and efficiency to your company's day-to-day activities. With Automation Anywhere Enterprise, you can create data-driven bots that can automate business tasks and operations with varying complexities. These bots can be cloned to allow for simultaneous execution of different tasks across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a free source tool like selenium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere bots can run even when you log off from the system. It will perform its scheduled tasks from time to time.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using AA for 2 months and am just loving it. There are many reasons, the key I think is the ease of use. The automation using AA is easier. I have also tried some other tools , but among all of them I found AA is the best. The commands and workflows are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using AA for 2 months and am just loving it. But there are some issues with the community edition. It is working very slow. The session times out after some time. Also I think the interface could be more interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The repetitive tasks can be automated.

What do you like best about the product?
i really like about the activities which are avilable in automation anywhere client.very easy to access and also for using purpose.its like crystal clear if i want to talk about the excel activities especially.i also like about the metabot feature too.The other thing is variables which will copy automatically when we copy the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
i want to express about dislikes with respect to automation anywhere mostly in terms of fetching the values into array and working with SAP feels like quite complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i actually trying to solve the business problems which basically involves couple of applications like excel,outlook,macros and power point.in terms of benefit which is basically reducing the human efforts with respect to repetitive and rule based tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features i can provide when it is about Automation Anywhere as i worked with multiple RPA tools and multiple projects. One thing i consider about AA with its competitors is that its cognitive nature. I happend to realize while working with Healthcare projects.
Though it has long way to go with respect to integrating AI compatibility, still i can say that it uses AI to some of its features such as IQ Bot.
It also makes my managing bot so easy with centralized Control room with its awesomatic features such as activity phase and analytical data etc. Also, as it provides top notch academy materials from armature beginner to advanced rpa developers level, one does not need to spend money on external class room trainings. It provides everything that you need to start with the tool.

Wish they do more enhancements on Citrix Automation and more advanced cognitive approaches in future.

Its IQ and Meta Bot and Workflow Panel and Control room. Using this we can automate various application whether on web or mainframe or on citrix.

The session was very useful in terms of Citrix automation. Remarkable feature and update.

It is not able to use OCRun time data and analytics can surely improve as it's not very easy to followR effectively and has limited usability.
