AA - Robust and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
AA has really helped me automate mundane processes with utmost accuracy and speed. The metabots and IQ Bot are the best. Metabots helped me to easily divide the processes and integrate them easily with the taskbots.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if there was a search option for workflow commands. I tried accessing the features of IQ Bot but my efforts were in vain as I was using the trial version. It would be better if all the features of IQ Bot be provided even to the users using a trial version. This certainly makes way to purchase the product too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have tried booking a ticket on makemytrip. It was interesting but it was difficult to set the departure dates as we need to select it in a pop up calendar. I wish there were several templates for different calendar pickers. Or even recognizing the image and clicking on it. At one point, the get cell by text stopped working too.
And when I tried the data scraping on an online shopping store with several keywords, I was only getting the data of the first keyword into CSV or Excel with which I created the taskbot.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Initially it seems a bit complex but as you go on, AA turns out to be good in performing various tasks which really helps us to reduce so much time and simultaneously increase the efficiency as well as accuracy of the particular task.

Training material seems unstructured and more complicated that it should be

Good Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very very user friendly and easy to implement. It is simple and straight forward. Very less coding required to implement a critical work flows or digital solution. It is simple drag n drop activity tool which makes the automation like playing a game. Good screen view.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike it in. If you want to improve then please work on view i.e. implement view like flowchart. it will be more impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating several tasks like Excel entries, Word document editing, Mass mail sending etc.

It is very good, easy to understand tool. It is straight forward. Go for it. Happy Automation..:)

What do you like best about the product?
I have used it in in org to automate support task. It is really easy and customer friendly. No time delay and all. Your automation jobs will run on time :)

It is somehow costly then other software. But, if you want good customer support then you have to compromise in cost state. Still they need to reduce there cose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was automating the customer support process like releases and other things. And, seriously it was amazing experience. :) happy customer
AA is the best!! among all RPA tools.
What do you like best about the product?
The commands, tools that are easily understandable and drag and drop, which makes life easier. Multiple prompts for values we are missing and clear error logs by default to track down the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than it was not structured and running with multiple screen resolutions no more complaints.

Made life easier for developers which again makes the end user Clients process much better and effective.

Having hands on experience with more than 3 automation tools, I would prefer Automation Anywhere.

1. The way of writing the code without knowing the coding. :) to automate the most of the web and windows based applications.
2. As a fresher I have learnt code by just looking into the AA training videos within a month
3. Metabot is an just amazing part one but the error handling is not that accurate when we compared to the Taskbot

Object Cloning not working in ERP applications, due to that the error in that area not able to capture properly. 100% automation is not working at that side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the repeatable works are being automated, now employees who is working on recurring works can look into the challenging areas.

If you are looking into automation side mainly into the RPA, The Automation anywhere is the grate platform.
Awesome application for Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is leading application tool in RPA world. What i like most about Automation anywhere It's ease of coding without knowledge of any advance programming language.It has awesome GUI | Drag & Drop functionality | 550+ commands | Web based Control Room (i like the most) | Metabot | IQ BOT | Work Items are few new addition in current version of AA 11.x.
I use both AA version 10.x and 11.x. There are lot more changes in new version like
i) Web based Control room with advanced features
ii) Use of others commands in Metabot (much improved. I appreciate AA team for this)
iii) Copy any task commands and Paste it in other task will automatically copy all used variables in that task. So, It's time saving.
iv) You can also build Easy to complex task in AA.
Overall, It's a great tool with lots of new features. :)

It's a good tool for RPA development but it's also has some issue with commands like
i) OCR - Not accurate all the time. Most of the time get fail.
ii) Image Recognition - There are some new option added in version 11.x but still you can't rely on that for better result.
iii) Object Cloning - Unexpected behavior sometime.

By using Automation Anywhere Metabot,I have automated majorly SAP and Outlook(email) application.
The DLL support in Metabot help to use functionality of C# and VB programming. The processing of task is very fast and take less time to complete the transaction.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like with Automation Anywhere is its ability to deliver bot building capabilities and automation without suffering time consuming tasks, it can also be used in automated testing wherein you can do regression testing without worrying of costing too much money and time using actual human testers. It's recording functionality is also wonderful, being able to record tasks easy and seamless makes it like a child's play when manipulating objects in various websites. You can also trigger keyboard key strokes and mouse clicks which can help in imitating human actions. Object recorder is also great since it records actions according to its properties and not coordinates which helps a lot in reoccuring tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using this with small business isn't appropriate since it can should be used in automating large volumes of tasks, thus small business won't save much in subscribing with this, but on the other hand, larger companies can save a lot in terms of handling time and human work since repetitive tasks can now be allocated to bots. Dashboard is one point i dislike as well, this should be be more optimized and organized so users can easily find the actions they want to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems which requires doing tasks in a repetitive manner, manipulating different data which can be validated by a robot without the use of human thinking, cases which has a number of steps to follow in determining which is which is what we do with Automation Anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend everyone to try it out first before fully implementing this product, have your developers and testers run for a month to see if production rise and costing lowered in order to see if this product fits your company well.
