What do you like best about the product?
Cross interface access and manipulation. It is almost magical.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is restricted by its own scripting option since it has been attempting to be an easy-to-use RPA solution. The biggest con, therefore, is the lack of granularity and options which other programming languages offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EHR Systems Solutions. The monotonous workflows, thanks to Automation Anywhere, now does not need human intervention. It not only impacts clients but also the essential patient care.

The most useful is the IQ bot and the Metabot which we have download from the BOT store and used in our project

Very good software that automates processes and reduces daily manual work in the office. I like its ease of use and that it can automate different channels that require email monitoring and data mining. Most of the features of this product are excellent, thanks to its integration with third-party software. It has a cool and very modern interface that makes it easy to use.

So nothing specific is great because I didn't find any drawbacks and have enjoyed using it.

It is very easy to use, and it is fast, and it provides useful tools to automate repetitive tasks, and I like that it is well documented with the use of various activities, my goal is to be able to ensure that all the processes that are within our reach are efficient, intelligent and profitable and with this tool make it possible. It has all the parameters, and we are very happy about that and we are satisfied that we can save hours of human work. It is efficient and allows everything to be productive, and it is possible to obtain the most effective results quickly with the end-to-end automation of each process, being precise and the best platform available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface may require some improvements, but our biggest drawback is centered on the slowness to navigate within its platform and the clutter of each of the functions.

It is a very good, very complete and robust tool for automating any workplace in a very easy and fast way, it is relatively easy to use and learn and requires lees coding and has had a tremendous impact on the profitability of our processes and data transfer so that our workforce move towards higher valuer tasks and errors have been greatly reduced.

Definitely go for this tool; it is very easy to implement, it does not take much time, and you can start automating the same day.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was easy to implement and the user interface is understandable, and no coding experience is certainly required. It is extremely flexible and capable of automating both very simple and quite complex tasks. Dragging and dropping helps to develop things quickly. The intuitive handling of the tool offers the possibility of automating processes in a simple way. The entire workflow looks like a pictorial representation, which is much easier to understand. I also like its integration of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft outlook to create tabular data and send automatic emails in the notification of actions to be taken in the context of emails. It's honestly a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great tool, but it sometimes struggles with a slow startup. Also, the registry and I see that it is somewhat limited in automation as it cannot do it with some tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved problems such as extracting relevant information from customer emails; my experience has been very positive as it comes with a certification course that makes everything easier.

I highly recommend it because it is the product you need to automate your processes in the easiest way that exists.

As for me studying various tutorials on automation is really great; I discovered a world full of different functions that facilitate human work; it is easy to use, extensive activities, and good support. Its unique feature and provides training to learn in detail, it is one of the best ways to automate processes and reduce daily manual work in the office and save time that can be used for more productive tasks and can increase efficiency. Another detail that I liked was the minimal coding and its minimalist interface.

Support takes time to respond, but once it responds, it solves the problems, but sometimes we have received automated messages that did not help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of the invoicing processes and the final result is satisfactory, the quality is good, and it is enough for us. The test environment was a great experience.

A good learning curve is a very good product that you should consider and or try the demo for 30 days.

What do you like best about the product?
I was afraid when our company started to implement this AA RPA tool. But I learned to use this RPA tool within 3 days and started working. Good training provided. I successfully created bots and implemented this AA tool in our testing department to alert users when there are any issues with our client tool. This issue has to assign to individual users one by one. We don't have full access to our client tool hence our users have to monitor it manually and assign it to users. But after implementing this AA tool once issues occur based on the user's table it will assign the ticket to the user automatically. Now, all our users are quickly responding to clients' customers on time. Our client is also happy with our work now. Thanks, AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best tool I worked on till now. There is no dislike about this RPA tool. Whichever RPA tool you use, few human tasks we can't replace, it depends on where we use this tool, because our first trigger always manual. Maybe in the future, this can happen. We need to wait.

The main drawback that I have been facing for the longest time while using the automation anywhere is that it does not allow to have multiple windows working setup at the same time because the bot is working already in the background which does not allow to have multiple windows. Secondly, sometimes there is a need to check the functionality while dealing with highly customizable work which needs the assistance of a professional developer to increase the work and takes a lot of human effort.

The dashboard is very much accurate. Navigation on the platform is easy and I can easily find the tools and programs very easily because of the modern dashboard. Another great feature, the platform can automatically deal with the complex programs and steps on its own with the use of intelligent bots. There is a lot of course material and how-to guides to easily understand the platform and use it according to the situation. It also has one of the best support staff in the world. Always available for queries. Listen to the problem attentively, provide the best possible solution on the go if it is available otherwise respond after some time with a workable solution that helps a lot in solving the problem.
