What do you like best about the product?
I like for the fact that with automation anywhere you can do anything and get it implemented in a short duration of time. It gives us the power to do so many things at our finger tips be it from excel or web application automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that with automation anywhere the capabilities will be limited as we can't write code and have to use only commands to get things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More scalability along with the visibility of errors to get it rectified in short duration of time and get the manually process automated in least amount of time possible.

The ease of use makes it easy for anyone to integrate.

What do you like best about the product?
Through the software, we have been able to reduce the time that we spend on manual, repetitive tasks, so that we can focus on activities that add value to the business or to our partners and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is not yet available in the cloud environment. I hope it will be available in the cloud environment soon. The tool should start using the data for data science and Artificial Intelligence.

BOT replacing the manual and repetitive work. Can run 24/7, reliable and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The nice excel integration, however, there is still a lot of things to improve when it comes to validating and making an easy to use interface for programming - consider looking at Jupyter notebook and Collab notebooks for collaboration of coding and sharing of notes. Also a higher degree of visual coding is needed in order to review the code for intermediate programming people. However, I believe many upgrades are to come with the new update in september.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annoying training material where you have to repeat goals and intro every time. Please improve the training (automation anywhere university). It is really poor quality which have resulted in that we had to develop inhouse training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with UI and language.

Consider integrating Python and improve the visual interface.

Continuous upgradation and support from the vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is the best amount all RPA tools in market with high availability and flexibility,. Support team and R&D team will directly interact with customer to evaluate and solve the issue

To me there is nothing to dislike because it is easy to handle and learn without any prior experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have got high ROI for automating all the business process which are repeatedly being used by employees with high scalability and efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
I like the software I just wish a 101 class had more structure to it so I could have learned more about the features. The class was a little chaotic with several people on the floor interrupting the speaker as he was trying to explain some features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot answer that question since I have not truly used the software. This class was the first time I had tried to create a bot. I have watched colleges use the software for the past year.

My Automation Anywhere Journey
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very easy to learn and develop the process. AA visualize like coding programming design. It easy to understand the coding standard. AA Support team helps when we are struggle in between development or deployment. AA Reference materials are very helps understand the AA Coding structure and how to design the project. Visual SVN is helps to handle the source control of the project management. We are easy to implement and integrate the custom DLLs and use it. Work queue concepts are very useful to store the bot information and it saved the DBA Team cost for my clients. We can easy to create the re-usability components for across all the process for same client. AA Dashboard is very user friendly and showcase the bot status and audit trails for analyzing the bot performance. Bulk export and Bulk import data is very flexible and it reduce the time efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not possible to read the word document at the single line. Date and Time calculation is not easy in AA 11.3. We need more data type like datatable. We need the array filter into the task file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that sometimes, unable to give the time duration for extracting the information from screen. But using metabot, it automatically handle the time frequency. IQ Bot is most helpful for automating the Invoice automation. Handle dynamic popup concept is more efficiency in AA Metabot.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is good for exactly what they say it is. Tasks that are good for automation are rule-based, high volume, use structured data, and require no human judgement. The amount of time it takes to automate a task is equivalent to classic code development time, however, it is more intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not create your automation processes in the correct way, they are prone to small changes in any step of the process you are trying to automate. It can be difficult to make the automation be robust enough to work in all edge cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is trying to solve problems that require unnecessary human effort and time. Some simple process can take hours when there is no need for a human to be carrying out said processes. These are simple tasks that can be automated with Automation Anywhere. Benefits are time saving, cost saving, and more time to spend on process improvement and making your work more meaningful.
