Robotic process Automation works like champ

We were using automation anywhere for quite a long time in our org for Robotic process automation. And it works like a champ

We were using automation anywhere for quite a long time in our org for Robotic process automation. And it works like a champ . We have our bots hosted on AWS and we use it for our finance

What do you like best about the product?
I like keeping up with the market and RPA is exactly what i wanted (and i got it)

I don't feel there were any downsides. I feel like I've gotten what i wanted

I haven't done any practical applications yet
Very useful and user friendly.

It is very user friendly, provides the necessary tools/guidance for a regular user to be able to achieve complex developments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like the whole concept, probably more support for Spanish speakers would be helpful in case additional details/explanations be needed in order to improve the bots developments

We were able to simplify and automate a series of processes that required time from key resources and that are now focused on adding value.
Automation Anywhere - A powerful tool for current needs
What do you like best about the product?
In the current course of clients, needs always arise for all types of automations, whether due to captcha issues or processes that help speed up human work and not waste valuable time. At this point, an in-depth analysis was conducted on clients who are eligible for loans, for which it was necessary to access various pages. Starting the search, we understood much better the definition of RPA with Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to find a problem when faced with the need that arose when using the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation of RPA for simple and complex captcha processes
Good and robust Automation Tool. Lacks a little bit of consistency and support.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a very easy to use tool. At first, going through all the commands available was a little bit tricky because there is no search bar for them. But you get use to it and find the most used commands easily. The change control is intuitive as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very hard to find answers in the internet for errors and issues. The community is not that big. Also, there is a consistency issue where some times when the bot runs it would work fine but you would have to make some changes for it to work (like time delays and change object properties) for no clear reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automate processes used in the Tittle insurance industry. Mostly back office operations like filling forms, extracting data, sending emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This kind of tool would only make sense in cases where a big amount of workforce is being used to complete task that could be automated with ease. There other factors like compliance, quality, time improvements. But at the end of the day, Although I don't know the number, it is an expensive tool. So it should make sense from a business point of view.
Great software with online learning courses
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of people are simply talking about the application but there is no one who is addressing the fact that AA university has a lot of learning options and I have to tell you that it is a great way to jumpstart RPA career! I deducted 2 points for the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not a lot to complains but I believe that the customer service doesn't respond that quickly. I have sent a couple of emails asking why they haven't sent me my certificate yet but have received no response.

Streamlining the work I do like computer maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
With numerous advancements and tools being created to make the process easy, Automation Anywhere is the best platform and is suitable for modern enterprise customers, I really like the smoother automated workflow and the distribution of tasks to multiple computers.

recording of keyboard strokes and mouse clicks.

its simplicity makes it ideal for daily tasks such as Data Entry, Invoice Processing, its user-friendly capabilities automate any complex task.

A new great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere was my first approach with RPA and that was a very good way to start learning this technology. It is a friendly tool with a wide variety of validations and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software of AA have some problems with the login. To use it's necessary to re-login many time in a few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helps a lot with the times, error and success of the processes that I work.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about AA is the simplicity of their product and how they offer free education for anyone that wants to learn about RPA. It also saves a hell of a lot of time and within my company, I am able to provide support to anyone that is having trouble with AA. It is extremely helpful that they care about their product and continue to improve it although support could be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features of the Community Edition are very very buggy, most notably the IQ bots where I've had a lot of trouble since they don't create the appropriate success folder. The other thing I dislike is that in AA University there are no practice exams for the Advanced and Master certifications which is a huge blunder given that they are paid courses. It is nice that they added the prep for these courses but without a practice exam to test your knowledge before taking the real one, it is very disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved PDF related problems that would require people to type the data onto a spreadsheet manually and colour coding the columns. I have solved insurance-related problems as well as report automation. The biggest benefit has to be time-saving without a doubt.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should 100% switch to AA it is extremely easy to use, the courses they provide are great and without a doubt, with it being partnered with IBM they have improved dramatically.

The most I like are the excelent examples provided. Upsides: you learn with real examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have anything to dislike about this.

I've automated a daily process of my work in my company. I've earn many ours of productivity!
