UI feels like big old ..but it’s okay to go ahead with current UI . it won’t be that affective .

Based on my experience till date, there are some queries for which we have to contact the AA team but their response is really slow which impacts the delivery

A smart, user friendly and AI first RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Scalability and IQBot are the 2 features thats sets Automation Anywhere apart from other vendors. The user-friendly interface of Bot Insights to check my bot performance and the self-learning ability of IQBot has made me switch my traditional workloads to RPA based workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes from Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a Machine learning enthusiast my major work time was consumed in data gathering prior to Automation Anywhere, but now with few simple clicks my bot gives me the web scraped data. Invoice processing to get more realistic data has helped me in training a much more efficient machine learning model. I have recommended and promoted Automation Anywhere RPA to my HR team to shoot automated emails.

If your organisation is look for a robust and an AI first RPA tool then Automation Anywhere should be your first choice to consider.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really easy to manage, expending a few hours in the tool is enough to make some automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but maybe some things to improve, like video tutorials inside the applications or tips.

Operations that are made daily, things that don't require human intervention.

This is a relatively simple system to use.

I haven't found anything I dislike about the system so far.

IQ bots creation and web recording .. We have multiple methods to select different scenarios ..

AA will reduce man power and timings . so that users can be concentrated some other things. Less investment and more ROI . Expecting to be a more practical knowledge library courses ..

Trial versions are not user friendly or easy to setup.

It's a good tool for RPA although need to self explore and get upskilled as the support is limited.
The most user-friendly experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a taskbot is simple and easy for those with little development experience, while having options for advanced users to utilize. The classes and the interface are clear. I found no trouble learning how to use the Workbench in a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recording and object selection can be buggy in some screens. For example, if I am trying to select a specific type of object, the recorder might pick up something to the left, right, or below it depending on the screen. Nothing that cannot be fixed with a quick patch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved many labor hours of menial tasks such as report downloading and database refreshing. The managers can now focus on value-add work instead of wasting time on loading screens.
Excellent tool to automate most of your daily activities
What do you like best about the product?
Can’t find a better option which can do your stuffs so easily yet effectively. Easy for developers and easier for users. Thanks Automation Anywhere for coming up with a brilliant tool like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the development option from mobile device sometime in future. Even if it is not fully functional, at least till some extent where coding is not required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating our business claims and new user on-boarding workflow which used to take much longer earlier.
