Creation of multiple attended bots as well as sub modules which can be used as business components directly by client in order to build solutions

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and its interface that helps to create bots. I liked that it automates processes, is versatile, and offers an intuitive workflow layout. I say it's a good RPA that was made to automate without using my hands, and I don't have to deal with repetitive tasks. The support is incredibly great.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was overwhelming and confusing, and the licensing system was complicated. But everything was resolved in a few days, and we realized how easy it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite feeling overwhelmed the first time, everything was changing and turning towards a better environment. So far, all the good stuff is a good RPA that automates processes.

Suppose you are looking at this tool and want to implement it in your company. Do not think twice.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to automate SAP application and integrate with any OCR product. Automation Anywhere offers the best solution for all processes. The pricing structure is reasonable compared to the competition. This product is the best.

OCR has limitations; documentation is clear but can be confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of handling tasks that are repetitive is being used to address the problem. That has significantly reduced the time for automation and we have saved the remaining time on other decisions making work.

Automation Anywhere does work and is the right fit for tasks that require a lot of manual effort and repetitive. You should implement this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Almost all repetitive tasks can be handled with Automation Anywhere. Previously it was very difficult for me to send the email to my numerous clients one by one. But now everything is easier and prevents us from repeating the same processes over and over again, and we bring innovation day by day. Automation Anywhere has simplified the email sending process. Also, tagging relevant and appropriate customers become easy, it also allows me to pull the data across multiple platforms, and I can easily share it even via emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues with Citrix and SAP automation, and I have seen fewer Outlook integration capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to automate processes in order to reduce human effort, as well as some other processes and sending emails.

It is the right RPA tool to automate those processes that involve a large amount of data. I recommend this tool.

Automation Anywhere is one of the fantastic RPA software companies I've ever seen. I like its performance which is very fast and impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is no doubt the best RPA. But there are some cons like unprofessional Behavior. Sometimes they do, but I heard that it's not happening anymore, so that’s okay.

Automation Anywhere helped me to make my business significantly faster and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe the support from the AA support staff and the Huge AA community where almost any query has answers. Cost-Efficient, Easy to understand, easy to train are some of the key features of Automation Anywhere.

Some commands can do a lot more than what they already do.

Repetitive process Elimination. More then 3000 / M of savings

I like to see the robot go by, and doing all the tasks for me is a very good and beneficial thing. I also like that it reduces manual intervention and frees up time for other tasks. It is an exciting journey full of opportunities. The user interface is very clear, with detailed documentation. But the best thing is automation for the activities of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty good so far, but in some cases, I have found some bugs with the robots, and sometimes it is very difficult to understand, and they disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of business processes, mainly improving the productivity of our human processors, which allows them to be more productive on the same workday than before.

I do not usually recommend software, but with this, I would make an exception since it really is very good.
