Tool to build the best of automation pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
The automation flow is not complex like Blueprism, AssistEdge and UIPath, so it can be easily handled by anyone with limited experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no search option in the left side tool list. There are 550+ commands, so obviously people will expect a search bar for easy access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content extraction and de-duplication of documents using multiple attributes extracted from various mime types.

What do you dislike about the product?
Inbuilt OCR engine, Tesseract, is not very effective. Integration with another OCR engine can help eliminate need for IQBot when it's not really needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating internal as well external processes, simple and mundane tasks such as resume shortlisting, sending b'day mailers etc to some complex business processes such as Invoice processing, SAP data entry, managing IT tickets volume/SLA.

AA is a great industry leading tool in RPA space and it will certainly help to automate mundane activities and also some tasks which require cognitive abilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Bots, at their best, make our life easier and simple but automating rule based tasks. It is so easy to build one with the tools and building blocks provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little technical jargon like Rest server in the Workbench

Rule based tasks can be automated easily. Lesser time spend on mechanical job to free up more productive time

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest challenge we faced in our business was automating SAP moudules. Automation anywhere has got a fix for that too! Our company is very big and employs around 70k people worldwide. All of our crucial data is maintaned on SAP. Thanks to automation anywhere Windows Application automation feature, we can now automate redundant tasks like taking data backups, uploading files to the DB, retrieving tables into excelsheets. This helped us cut around 20% of our development time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. We're yet to fully leverage AA into our daily business needs. Till date, not at all disappointed

its very handing to implement new automation and good think will incorporate with running WRP system.

few depending they have to access the DB .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we create Shopping cart cancellation Bot. Daily user will send 4-5 request to cancellation the shopping cart and one request having more then 200 carts to be cancelled, its very hacking job to do the same and one resource engaged whole day for doing this activity, once we developed the Automation .that all 5-6 request will take 10 min to completed and without any human error .Code testing all scenarios and we are successfully running cancellation bot with 0 error and to save huge business cost and resource will trained in different project . There are 1% depending on bot . right now we are working on three different Bot at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the new technology to learn RPA and provides the best leaning facilities. It provides the basic course without a single penny. The tutorials offered are simply awesome and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great technology and growing really fast. I don't think there is anything to dislike but they can improve it more. This can be done by including more free courses and certifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used for web scraping and extraction of data. All the data are directly stored in Excel file at a very high speed. It helps to reduce the efforts and save a lot of time.

It's a good platform to get all the training and certification for RPA. It helps to learn everything in fun way.
Much Needed Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is well designed and user friendly tool. It will ease our work by creating bots. It will capture data fast and process it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. The GUI looks entirely fine. I don't feel difficult while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For example if want to capture a table data from my browser AA will do that easily. Manual work is reduced. Time saved.

For operations projects, AA can help all the mundane tasks having predefined rules.
This way helps resource saving and the tasks can run overnight using schedule feature.

AI should be introduced soon to remove all the manual touch points such as decision making.

AA helps me do end-to-end operations for a reporting project on Tableau, which includes ETL, Tableau refresh and quality chalecks.
