First experience with RPA and Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
A Workshop at our University, which was sponsored by Automation Anywhere, helped me to get in touch with RBA and the Software solution from Automation Anywhere. I really liked the intuitive User Interface, it was easy and clear which steps are necessary to build a Bot.
I highly recommend, to contact sales and ask for such a Workshop!

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Web recorder has some improvement potential, it already works good, but a support for Chrome, Firefox would definitely be great. Also a Improvement regarding capturing of Web Elements (like buttons, links etc.) needs to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We build a Bot, which is able to fully automated grant access to different Systems (Jira, Confluence, SAP...) for Users, which have placed a request via Email.

AUTOMATION ANYWHERE IS ON OF THE GREAT RPA TOOL TO CREATE BOTS FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES LIKE TO AUTOMATE REPETITIVE TASK AND MANUAL PROCESSES.

THERE IS NOTHING TO BE DISLIKE IN AUTOMATION ANYWHERE .

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we don't need coding experience to work on the tool is something that intrigued me. I have already implemented 3 bots in my process already and that too with no prior coding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The course is a bit too long. Maybe concise it. The tool seems all good. I haven't used it a lot to figure out any issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have already started using it to automate manual tasks that involve mainframe application and the time tracker we fill out at the end of the day has all been automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. Its a pretty great tool. And the fact that you don't need prior coding experience is what I loved it for.

Very powerful tool. Makes fun to learn.

IQBot to digitalize documents. So it is very easy to work trough a lot of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
No variables. If you have a variable and use it 5 times and you want to Change the variable Name, you have to Change all Five variables.

I use AA for boring Tasks in webformulars.

Watch the Academy videos in the automation anywhere training studio. it make fun und you learn a lot.

Costing and as far as I am concerned there are no such dislikes in this Automation anywhere tool
