Good riddance from the daily manual effort using Automation Anywhere

Screen recorder and with the newer updates its integration with other applications as well.

Costing can be reduced a bit compared to its competitors as everyone is becoming cost centric now a days.

It is surely a good tool to have rather than must-have tool; with advancement in IQ Bot and AARI and Discovery Bots, surely the product is going to be the leader in this space which it is already.

I found the IQ BOT the best as it is cognitive bot designed to support as well as learn from business users. Automation Anywhere had task editor, Workflow designer, report designer, trigger manager which makes it unique.

I have been working on automating the Small Medium Enterprise Process which consists of registering individual and company to the bank and opening their fixed, savings and internet banking accounts. The advanced activities in Automation Anywhere and ease of doing the automation with greater ease makes the task much easier.

The best thing about Automation Anywhere is that it is simple and easy to use. Also, it can perform complex operations too and saves a lot of manual effort. It is developer-friendly and makes BOT creation pretty easy to implement. It is easy to integrate Automation Anywhere with other systems like SAP. It is one of the best tools for a professional who wishes to automate repetitive tasks with maximum efficency and precision, saving lot of manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Automation Anywhere for more than a year now, and it really helps me perform all kinds of automations efficiently. Therefore, I do not see any drawback as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved many business-critical processes in our organization in SAP through BOTS using Automation Anywhere tool. We have set up proactive monitoring for significant issues in the systems that send us alerts through mails whenever any problem is detected. One important benefit is the saving of manual efforts to a large extent by deploying the BOTs. Another benefit is, Automation anywhere helps in debugging because when the BOT fails, we can add an error handling that send us the screenshot of the line at which the BOT failed along with the error message. This helps in identification of the error easily and fixing it accordingly, even when we are not actually logged in into the VM. We can schedule the bots easily and run them in disconnected mode. This helps us in knowing if the BOT is executing successfully or not. If the BOT has not executed successfully, then what is the error can be known through the email screenshot.

Go for it, guys! It is an excellent tool for automation, easy to use, and efficient.

The best thing about automation anywhere is that it is user-friendly and easy to understand for every person, whether fresher or experienced. Also, with more than 500+ commands, it is very much accessible to automate almost all business processes with ease. Automation anywhere provides a very well-structured set of commands to perform tasks.it saves lot of time of user or organization by performing repeatitive tasks automatically.one of most useful feature is that you can easily schedule bot and it will work 24*7 which is not possible in case humans.very much accurate processing in minimum time.overall automation anyhwere is one of the best robotics process automation tool and it is very easy to cofigure and use .

some times automation anywhere community edition crashes or unable to login. also when we talk about control room then new user or inexperienced person need some time to understand each and every functionality of it.require voice commands to automate processes through human voice.some commands should need to study before using.bot insights is section with most difficult to understand.bot monitroing is quite complicated and require more attention to understand.automation anywhere can not be useful with virtual environment.

We use automation anywhere to automate file upload, sending emails to multiple persons, and performing form filling of our product. Also, it is very much helpful in merging PDF, splitting PDF.update, and delete excel data of our organization.autoamtion anywhere is useful to perform taks on web based applications so we dont need any software installation.gives accurate result and it is very much fast than manual processing.
