What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the most user-friendly automation tools available in the market. The automation anywhere community is helpful in solving our doubts. The available use cases helped us get an idea of where we can implement this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to invest time to learn how everything functions and also If you are a beginner a full training is a must to make the best use of Automation Anywhere. The Enterprise version is costly and may not be suitable for medium size organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our marketing department, we automated certain workflows that helped us save our sales team time and made them focus more on getting more customers.

Provides tools to automate all repetitive tasks. It is very easy to use and helps reduce processing time, and helps us a lot, that is why we notice great productivity. I also like that it is compatible with third-party applications.

It is in continuous growth, and some updates affect us.

We needed an RPA tool to build projects and at the same time automate them, and we noticed that it is our main tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fantastic; it can do all the repetitive tasks that are a big hassle and always result in errors, it is well documented with the use of its various activities, package, and workflow, it has a vast set of activities created by them and also by the community. It allows development teams to create their own activities, provides a framework that drives the development cycle. Process workflow works seamlessly once built with stable selectors and elements.

We only had implementation issues at first; then, we only noticed a few bugs with the integration of other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When testing this tool, our team was impressed with the benefits, and instead of sending mail, AA is used to automate ticketing.

Anywhere RPA has its own style and with clear functions that help a lot. I recommend it to you.

Creating the bots are quite easy, it didn't take a lot of time to under the fuctions. Quite helpful for beginners. A minimal programming language knowledge is also appreciated here.

Automation Anywhere is the first company with a native cognitive, analytics, and Bot Store. AA is easy to adapt, use and learn. It can help in the reduction of day-to-day mundane, repeatative manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty sensitive. The slight change in native/underlying applications can lead to BOT failure and require a code change.
