A lot of good things but there is still room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It's speed and ability to accurately identify multiple elements of a screen in one go!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not really friendly for people with limited background in programming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating small/simple processes for normal users.
Easy development and hard deployment

The customer support. The support team is amazing.

Addition of parsers for JSON would be great. The Code deployment process is bad and clunky. Too many bugs while packaging.

What do you like best about the product?
AA's ease of use is good, like it is very easy for a developer to read the lines of code
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features do not work, AA does not work on Oracle and Siebel. Process Invision doesn't work great.

Removing Robots out of Human Beings and freeing them up to do more meaningful tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Object cloning commands, email capabilities, login features.
What do you dislike about the product?
When networks speeds are slower than usual the bot crashes. There must be a better way to deal with that rather then continually bumping up the delays. At some point a user doing it manually would be faster than the bot. Also, error handling could be a b it more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to eliminate repetitive, time consuming manual processes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan ahead. Plan for plenty of testing time. Establish templates, layouts, guidelines ahead of time. Test more than just the happy paths.

The user Interface is very simple to work on and is very user friendly.

Control room issues which includes logging in and scheduling bot

Business problems includes: Employees spending too much time on manual tasks such as posting entries manually. AA helps automate such lengthy task so employee can focus on other tasks.

AA provides easy to use features such as the control room and client.

I am solving web based and terminal based automation. The stability and capabilities of doing numerous teadious operation in a very set of command
User friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing a bot is quite simple. Starting the bot is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling options do not meet our requirements. We have daily roblems with the credential vault, which can only be solved by logging on to controlroom as an administrator.

We collect data from email attachments or Excel sheets on file folders. The data is processes in mainframe applications.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is simple to use with drag and drop of the command buttons; security features that allow to segregate diff roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no queue concept in the application to feed the robot with cases and we have to look for other options like excel or database which increase risk of failure.

cut/copy paste that are repetitive and mundane jobs which are not interesting for humans to work on. efficiency gains, employee satisfaction and increase productivity

I'd like to underline several reasons to give AA a high rating in organizing Tech Support: 1) well designed Support portal; 2) easy registration and communication; 3) timely response from AA; 4) assigning SMEs to work on specific requests; 5) ability to escalate through designated CSM

generic directions and recommendations to resolve issues by installing a next version of AA without having facts that such an action was actually effective

We use Automation Anywhere to enable digital transformation across multiple business segments mainly through RPA deployments.

Good product to develop and manage RPAs
Simple to use and powerful but...
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use and very powerful (you can manage many operations). In few days it's possible to automate even a complex task and there is not important that who use the software have some developing skill. The error Handling is very useful and simple to use. Another thing that we like is their support that is fast and very helpful: if you have a problem thay answer to your question in few hours and then works hard util the problem is solved, even with a video call to manage the problem in the best way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it' begin to lost one step (one click, one caracter to digit) and the task failed. You have to retake on one or more action. Sometimes it is very upsetting to see a task that wors until this day begin to have some troubles and that you need to rework on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FTE savings: whe have a saving of almost 2 FTE. We are going to upgrade our use of AA with more task and we think that we could save another 10 FTEs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's important to understand what you need from an RPA software. If the most important things is that it's simple to use then you can be sure that Automation Anywhere it's very good for you. We find some trouble with Citrix automation but if you don't have to manage Citrix it's a very good product
