Automation Anywhere - RPA the art of automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like to automate SAP application and integrate with any OCR product. Automation Anywhere offers the best solution for all processes. The pricing structure is reasonable compared to the competition. This product is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR has limitations; documentation is clear but can be confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of handling tasks that are repetitive is being used to address the problem. That has significantly reduced the time for automation and we have saved the remaining time on other decisions making work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere does work and is the right fit for tasks that require a lot of manual effort and repetitive. You should implement this tool.
Automation Anywhere is the most reliable tool it has become my daily need
What do you like best about the product?
Almost all repetitive tasks can be handled with Automation Anywhere. Previously it was very difficult for me to send the email to my numerous clients one by one. But now everything is easier and prevents us from repeating the same processes over and over again, and we bring innovation day by day. Automation Anywhere has simplified the email sending process. Also, tagging relevant and appropriate customers become easy, it also allows me to pull the data across multiple platforms, and I can easily share it even via emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues with Citrix and SAP automation, and I have seen fewer Outlook integration capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to automate processes in order to reduce human effort, as well as some other processes and sending emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the right RPA tool to automate those processes that involve a large amount of data. I recommend this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the fantastic RPA software companies I've ever seen. I like its performance which is very fast and impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is no doubt the best RPA. But there are some cons like unprofessional Behavior. Sometimes they do, but I heard that it's not happening anymore, so that’s okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helped me to make my business significantly faster and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe the support from the AA support staff and the Huge AA community where almost any query has answers. Cost-Efficient, Easy to understand, easy to train are some of the key features of Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some commands can do a lot more than what they already do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive process Elimination. More then 3000 / M of savings

What do you like best about the product?
I like to see the robot go by, and doing all the tasks for me is a very good and beneficial thing. I also like that it reduces manual intervention and frees up time for other tasks. It is an exciting journey full of opportunities. The user interface is very clear, with detailed documentation. But the best thing is automation for the activities of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty good so far, but in some cases, I have found some bugs with the robots, and sometimes it is very difficult to understand, and they disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of business processes, mainly improving the productivity of our human processors, which allows them to be more productive on the same workday than before.

I do not usually recommend software, but with this, I would make an exception since it really is very good.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to incorporate into various processes at work and has exceptional and innovative features; the integrated Ai engine is a topic of interest to me. The ability to run Automation from the cloud will give us peace of mind. Automation Anywhere won the race at the time and remained in the number one spot. We deployed version 10.x to the pilot environment and then migrated to production, the migration was pretty seamless, and AA, CSM support team, and account managers have played a key role in making that happen. Similarly, from version 10.x to version 11.x and I am now working with the AA team to migrate to the new cloud-born AA 360 product. Automation Anywhere has also provided a good platform for the team to share its learning with a wider community of practice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drag and drop is designed to be easy; however, it is difficult to work with that tends to be tedious at times. Flow issues due to inefficient coding practices if the ability to use integration scripts is disabled. We are still waiting for updates to correct those issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have benefited greatly from using Automation Anywhere for RPA solutions. It has led to considerable and measurable benefits.

Get started right away and have a plan on how to incorporate RPA into your team, it's easy to get started.
Great easy to learn product with AI related capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because the platform is easy to administer, and we always get very good updates along with maintenance. But first of all, it is software that is about programming without code, which means that anyone could use it and automate processes in a few steps. It is an artificial intelligence system that allows you to create bots and automate and meet objectives and execute tasks in less time. It is the most reliable solution to facilitate our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could improve the documentation more and that you have more function and especially in PDF in only has specific accesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to simplify our processes, and we found this product, and it was the best we could do. We got good results.

I would recommend it to anyone, whether they are a beginner or not, because really with this software you can learn a lot of interesting things.

What do you like best about the product?
A very good system to automate tasks effectively. I like that the learning curve is light, I also like its user interface and features provide for easy automation. I will love it that you can take a task and automate it. Also, their report is excellent, and they give me a transparent index of each process. Bots work, and that's great

We are satisfied with this product, however sometimes we are dissatisfied with some automation that are more complex, and it is difficult to avoid errors that can damage the entire work.

It is a tool that, over time, has become effective and necessary for us; we are building automation and extracting data that find errors and solve problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tool with cutting edge technology. It is very adaptive to the requirements/demands of the clients. It is very easy to use and make things smooth as a silk.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I dislike about AA, although the connectivity disruption is one issue that needs to take care of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using AA for data extraction using one of its bot name IQ Bot. It has reduced my efforts drastically.

I advise all of those who are looking for a RPA tool, Automation Anywhere is the choice that will solve your problems regarding automation.

Automation anywhere is easiest to learn from any other RPA tool in the market. It requires very little programming knowledge and has a user-friendly interface.
IQ Bot is very user-friendly & powerful feature that helps with data extraction.
AARI is also good value addition that now allows attended automation.
SAP automation is effortless due to the availability of a dedicated set of activities.
Very easy to integrate external scripting languages like VB Script, Python, C#, etc.
Provides free courses and tutorials, which really helps in getting started. You can start from scratch and become a developer experimenting in no time.

Automation Anywhere has many limitations in terms of activities pool, especially with Excel and UI automation.
IQ bot cannot detect handwritten text, which is a considerable drawback. It won't allow changing the OCR within a learning instance. We have to start a whole new learning instance to change the OCR. It often fails to auto-detect the fields in a document, even for those with available templates.
Debugging process is tedious.
Bot downloads dependencies each time and hence causing a delay in runtime.
Errors in the platform documentation and it is still incomplete.
