Very interesting tool, but figuring out where to fit it in our org.
What do you like best about the product?
Removes mundane repetitive tasks enabling people to be used for higher value tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive especially when trying to evaluate where to use the tool in the org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are on the search for a Business Problem or sub-set of a Biz problem in order to implement AA. We would love to see it work.
Quick automation using AA
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere enables you to realize quick automation in your business. The tool provides numerous possibilities to automate your repetitive tasks, and is constantly developing new tools to bring automation to the next level. It also delivers good support, with responsive helpdesks which is very willing to help
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite a hassle to update Automation Anywhere to a new version, there are also quite some disconnection issues which we were not able to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have advised and helped our clients in implementing Automation Anywhere to automate their core processes, finance processes, mortgage processes, real estate processes, etc. We have seen many benefits in quality and speed of operation. Also a significant cost saving was seen at all implementations

Use the help of an external experienced consultant for implementation

Easy drag and drop options and very user friendly

limited functionality as sometimes you can not perform all the functions in AA

Generating reports and automating all the excel processes the business,

I'm the RPA Architect so i primarly deal with the control room and back end side of things. What i like best is the easy setup especially with the migration from version to version. On top of that whenever there is an issue it is easy to get support on the matter

The client software is a little limited in some cases. It's more or less coding with training wheels which limits the capabilities of bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarly the Money and Time saved more than pays for the platform but the most benificial has been error reduction from user error.

What I like best is the tool itself. I am trained as developer and ran out support team for a year and I find that the tool does very well automating processes at an enterprise level.

There have been quite a few instances as of later of inconsistent service from AA and look forward to working with them to see what we can to do improve this

High volumes transaction work. Reduced expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an RPA tool that allow people with very few, to no knowing at all in programmation to make a robot to help them in repetitive everyday tasks. You can interract with almost every program that have a graphical interface
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a developper, so I think it lacks a little bit of code to get some flexibility, and I think it could be more visual by adding a system of flowchart for example.

copying and sorting excel datas.
AA is very good to automatize boring repetitive tasks that don't require reflexion, to populate an excel, or to update some files, it's very fast.
It's also very good for interractif with a web page thought a web browser.

It's pretty good if you don't know anything about programming.
It lacks maybe a little of graphical representation, but it's not a realy big problem because each line in the program is a step, that will be executed in the order in which they are written.

The platform is easy to use and does have a good support system as well.

The leadership support is commendable. They take action on concerns raised.

Sometimes the objject cloning as a command fails. This impacts the project delivery and the confidence on the platform.

The content of the training is so clear for them who wants to begin lerning about automation, it is a versy good way for beginners

The site interface is not so friendly, at beggining was a little dificult to find the course content

Automation Anywhere is great at building a robotic process to eliminate manual, mundane, repetitive work from your day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to build a bulletproof process to handle unexpected errors. Once a bot is built, it is difficult for the process owner to provide ongoing support. The bot developer usually has to provide support, which takes time away from building new bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is freeing up our employees' time from repetitive task-based work and allowing them to focus on thought-based work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The automation anywhere training available through Automation Anywhere university is not very good. It provides good exposure to the product but the grammar and writing is terrible. You can tell the script was written by someone who's English is not their first language, but they hired English voice actors to narrate the training. The result is awkward. Aside from this, the product itself performs like it should.
