Automation Anywhere develops products that adapt to robotic process automation technology in leading financial services, business process outsourcing, healthcare, technology, and insurance companies

Operation in over 10 countries only. It must be available in other countries too.

In the field of business technology and services,it has lot of benefits in fabricating innovative technicalities.

Automation increase the productivity. It reduce the time consumption. It helps to maintain accuracy. It reduces the manpower.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anywhere automation leads to the advanced world but it reduces tha manpower so, Employment got reduced. Because of this so many people loss their job so, their survival is more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By developing one. Net code I automate the manual verification in my project.

it buildup my carrier to peaks, it was a self satisfactory, fuctionality of user interface is excellent.

methodology is quit diffcuilt because we start learning this tool without having any basic concept on robotics,if we do have it is quite easy.

i am facing problem with customozation. if we have customization, it would be next level of usage

A Decent RPA Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly straightforward to use compared to other RPA tools. It moves very quickly once you run the robot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy, and it requires you to have your screen settings at 100% and screen dimensions of 1366x768 (not a default for most people). The community version can be more difficult to use than other softwares. The default is to use a lot of delay actions, which is not typically common in other RPA softwares, and there is no search feature for searching the activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using it to automate different manual and repetitive processes, especially business-related ones -- i.e., anything with lots of steps that include clicks/keyboard typing, or involve a lot of different windows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's important to evaluate all of the RPA tools you could use and to compare them with which you think would be most relevant to your use cases. Automation Anywhere has an online "University" where you can learn more about the software and watch how it is used, so those might be helpful to watch before downloading. In addition, you can use a free community version to play around in before committing to a license.

What do you like best about the product?
Developer friendly. Since it utilizes most of the coding for achieving the automation, chances of failure are less. UI of the tool is great and looks very promising.
Automation Anywhere is a great platform to make your day-to-day routine work easier through Bots. Create a bot to perform a task with your specifications schedule it if you need it to be done at a particular time or you can even repeat the same task multiple numbers of times and track what has happened at every step of it through workflow diagrams.

It needs lots of coding knowledge to achieve automation. UI can be improved. There is a room for improvement in the area of recording. Desktop automation can be improvised significantly.
Pricing is a little expensive side and not everybody can afford it. Trail version is not many features rich and There is no training available easily.

It is pretty easy to build the process and it saves a lot of time and effort. Debugging is quite easy compared to other tools.
Selecting the writing tool to write code might be difficult for non-programmers. If it has a better way of communication like an embedded chatbot to interact with users rather than customer care services when in a situation of an urgent solution to problems, it is better . Steps to follow while installing and setting up the software are not clear. Clear cut documentation of the whole set up would make it easier for users.

2. Lengthy codes get a little clumsy
3. No direct external OCR tool integration capability like ABBYY plugins etc.
