What do you like best about the product?
Email and excel automation I liked the most with Meta bots
What do you dislike about the product?
While using Key stokes inna web application, user cannot see the Complete page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA has reduced by efforts in sending Auto status mail to our employees. As manually Manger needs to send multiple Emails to update the status of the project, but by using email Automation and excel command, status are updating easily and alert mails are sending to each employee accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
When talking about AI, bots and automation, usually those concepts imply a complex topic and a hard to develop solution. But Automation Anywhere has achieved a balance between complexity and easy of use.
The solutions are very intuitive and the visual programming approach is making it easier yet powerful.
Also there are in the background or back stage a lot if advanced algorithms that facilitate even further the development and implementation of automation solutions, like advanced text & character recognition, advanced windows elements recognition and activation (like buttons, text boxes, drill down menus, etc.)

What do you dislike about the product?
I know that providing such a robust, complete and easy to learn and use solution requires a lot of R&D and a lot of human talent and effort, but the prices are quite high, I guess they can lower the prices a bit more and still being able to maintain the profit since lowering the prices will attract more users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our organization, a specialized team has developed several bots that automate repetitive tasks like creating new forms inside our systems, or automating the extraction and generation of some reports and distributing them by email on a given frequency

What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of any, it is an excellent product. The only 'dislike' I have it is too user friendly. From hands on programmer, I found it a bit tricky to navigate my way around the tool

It has helped increase the productivity, let AA do the manual tasks, you are freed up to do more interesting tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Yes, I have been using Automation Anywhere since 3 years and it has proved to be very effective. We have received positive responses from clients after demonstrating them the working of automation anywhere tool. In fact they are surprised by how can it do such a complex task just like humans with great speed and accuracy. We have right now deployed more than 200+ bots and all bots seems to be working great. "IQ Bot feature has proven to be a boon" - says one of our client. Post training these bots, they were quick enough to pick fields from a complex document and automate our client process easily. Our client has now extended automation to different sectors of there organisation. We have explored automating windows, Web,SAP,Citrix and mainframe application as well using automation anywhere and it has proven to be efficient than any other tool in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to speak about this tool because its working is great . The only thing is tool requirea atleast 16GB of RAM in order to run IQ Bot smoothly in machine. It also works fine with 8 GB RAM But 16 GB RAM will be more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are right now automating excel application which employs Bex analyser. We have also automated SAP application which manually used to take 2hrs,but after automating using Automation anywhere it hardly taken 30min. Such is the capability of this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a excellent platform for creating bot.We can do several tasks like mailing to multiple accounts,or image recognition are so good to use and also so easy to use,I mean in a click we can access several complex functions and also these functions are working more accurately.It is the best growing automation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no reason for me to dislike the tool.The operations are so interesting.The only disadvantage i found is i can not access this with multiple internet connections.

It is more time saving to a company and also more accurate.The rate of getting throughput is high.

Child's play
What do you like best about the product?
One of AA's best features is its approachable and easy to use drag-and-drop workflow. I worked from home recently and my 12yo niece "assisted." She had the basics of it figured out in minutes. That's not to say my niece can handle the complexities of a fully fledged robot working a critical process, but it sure is a testament to how easy it is to start off with AA. The real complexity lies in the environment in which AA is deployed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the errors that AA throws can leave me scratching my head. Furthermore, its handling of SQL queries could be a lot better, for example, the fields within variables could be bigger and AA's differentiation of "SQL Query" and "Insert/Update/Delete" in the database command can be frustrating when you're first getting to know it (not child's play).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA is a bridge between the myriad systems the university uses. More so, it is helping us realise new opportunities.

Take the time to build robustness into your bots. Do your best to ensure you have adequate support from your IT team (especially if your bots are not located within IT). Use a virtual desktop. Don't hide in a dugeon - internal PR (helping your business understand what you do) is a huge component of your role - whether or not you like it.

What do you like best about the product?
The course was effective in communicating Automation Anywhere's RPA capabilities as well as the capabilities of the control room.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike as it was an introductory course. Maybe there could have been a period of instruction that included an example of what a complex process that can be automated with AA; at a high level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling reports, downloading invoices, adding data from PDF to ERP. Time saved, accuracy increased.
Great Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The best tool for cutting costs, improving productivity and reducing errors. An amazing simplicity for handling which allows anyone to use the tool. At the same time, for programmers, it delivers great results with its good features, increasingly improving and evolving to soon become the leader in the automation market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can't use external scripts with the Python language is a bit bad, just as you can't use it on Linux and Mac.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolving repetitive services and reducing errors to zero.

The new features should be better explained through tutorials or more detailed notes.
On occasion, it cannot be operated as easily due to licenses and the control panel.
