Recommend AA to a friend .I have done one POC using AA .Was very happy with the features.
What do you like best about the product?
In Automation Anywhere the process is very simplified so that any one can use it .And the bots that it is providing is very good .The best part is once the automation is over it can send email to all the listed users about the execution which helps to know the status very easily

Automation Anywhere is a licensed product if we can come up with 2 versions one for free with limited features which may improve the usage of AA

All the repeatative tasks we do using AA RPA automation.WHich helps to automate the whole process and ROI is more .

I like this software not only for automating processes but for being so simple and friendly. It is a software that promises and fulfills; you do not have to have the the experience to use it, its functions have clear details and great documentation. It is the best RPA.

Problems with creating bot but they were fixed.

Process automation, documentation and data extraction.

What do you like best about the product?
Its functions are easy to use because they are simple; thanks to its user interface, it is reasonably designed to work correctly, and the process of creating the automation is simplified quite well. It is compatible with other third-party tools and has many advanced features in automation that make bots capable enough to perform work without errors. I like it because it is friendly and straightforward, and the drag and drop concept helps new users who are not developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be much better if you had more customization options in the text editor and you weren't so limited in OCR capabilities either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very good and useful product to automate repetitive processes in specific departments; it is helping to build automation and extract data, create scripts or workflows, and much more.

It is the best RPA and integrates with many desktop applications, and there is a trial edition.

What do you like best about the product?
Since this is a new tool for us, I was in doubt that it will take more time to implement successfully. But 2 options on this AA RPA tool, a Pre-built template, and web recording made our work very easy. I am mainly using this tool for creating new user accounts with all necessary access based on the user profile whenever we onboard new users. Before 3 users are working on this to complete the process. But now after implementing this just one click all processes are completed. Wonderful RPA tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wonderful RPA tool. There are many features that still I didn't explore. There is no dislike about this RPA tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running bots whenever new candidate onboarded. And reporting to the Manager for the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple superb tool. I am using this on my daily reporting tool. Before I use to extract data manually where it was taking more time to complete tasks and also I faced a few errors. If I get any errors I need to send an email to my manager to get approval to process further. Now, everything is automized including error notification to management for approval. After implementing this with just one trigger my working completing on time.

Best I've worked on. There is no dislike about this AA RPA tool. It includes all the required features.

Creating new bots and workflows for new requirements. Benefits are many including workflow follow-up etc...

What do you like best about the product?
There are pre-existing bots across various departments that we can easily deploy and start our project. Compared to other RPA bots the setup process is easy to understand.
Although for using Automation Anywhere you require some technical knowledge, coding skills are not mandatory.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations when it comes to Integrating Automation Anywhere with Thirdparty Apps. Sometimes the outcomes from Excel sheet and Image files are not accurate. The license price can be expensive for small size business and self employed Individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often require scraped data from LinkedIn and Other social media accounts. Automation Anywhere RPA helped us with that. We saved our time and resources significantly.

I like its user interface, which is very nice and simple, just drag and drop and go; it does not take long to implement and is easy to learn.

I had some bugs with bot creation and data mining. But we were able to solve them

Data extraction and process automation in one place, I would certainly pay whatever it takes to always have this software in my hands.

You will notice that it has many functions and you may feel somewhat overwhelmed, but do not worry about that, everything is learned and very easy. I recommend this tool because it is very easy to understand and work correctly.

This tool has helped us in solving major client problems such as thousands of entries to be added to a required table would take a considerable amount of time for a human. This was simply done in 2.5 hrs using this tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilities of IQbot the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the way A2019 processes hang often and also the fact that automation Anywhere is much slower than UiPath in excel calculations and copy paste functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great with web scraping and web objects identification. It is great at extracting data from structured documents using OCR.
