What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is fast and robust RPA software. It has all the tasks through which we can automate web applications, excel automation, backend automation using API. All these are drag and drop, which makes it very easy for a non-technical person.
Other most useful features are Metabots and Control Room.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the pioneer software in the RPA field. Only thing which I disliked is that it sometime it feels like a scripting tool like python and powershell because the steps in this tool are written line by line but that is my opinion may be someone might like this line by line scripting feature.
For me writing code in flowchart fashion is preferable and easy.

So I have worked on two RPA projects as an RPA Business Analyst
In first project which is an ongoing project, we are automating the payment process done through Salesforce and Sap applications.
Benefits Realised -- $12,070.59 anually.
In the Second project we have automated a web page called HCP MasterDatabase which basically creates the IDs for the Healthcare professionals.
Benefits Realised - 900 hrs saved anually.

Automation Anywhere has its own training materials which are at Automation Anywhere university and also you can download enterprise version for some days.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features that stand out, making this product of the best RPA tools in the market. The cognitive abilities are commendable. They have improved their capabilities over the past few years. Metabots and Web Automation work well. The tool is equipped with an IQ bot, Discovery bot, and insight features. It is easy to use and ready to deploy. Multi-user support is user-friendly.
Works really well with other applications. Drag and drop feature is awesome for most of the RPA developers. Great user experience and UI is easy to understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be better. I would recommend trying the trial edition. The report generation feature can be better. The licensing is a little complicated. The integration with Outlook can be better. There are some issues related to OCR data extraction. Web Recording can be better.
Setup of the tool can be a little complex for some users. Image recognition can be an headache some times. Implementation can be better for small industries. It is sometimes unstable in task deployment. Decision making abilities can be improved.

I am automating email reading and processing some invoices. I also use it for sending automated emails after the process gets completed. I have used image-based automation also for some applications like Citrix.

Go ahead; it is a good tool. Much better than others. First, use the trial version to check if you like it and suit your needs. And then purchase the subscription. It has much better features than other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like most in automation anywhere is the IQ bots. AAE provides various readymade bots to ease our development among them the most i like is the IQ bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike the most in AAE is the unavailablity of using it on linux based server for automation.

I have worked on pdf data extraction, email automation, web automation and excel automation using AAE.

Need to invest time to learn how everything functions and also If you are a beginner a full training is a must to make the best use of Automation Anywhere. The Enterprise version is costly and may not be suitable for medium size organizations.

It is fantastic; it can do all the repetitive tasks that are a big hassle and always result in errors, it is well documented with the use of its various activities, package, and workflow, it has a vast set of activities created by them and also by the community. It allows development teams to create their own activities, provides a framework that drives the development cycle. Process workflow works seamlessly once built with stable selectors and elements.

We only had implementation issues at first; then, we only noticed a few bugs with the integration of other applications.

When testing this tool, our team was impressed with the benefits, and instead of sending mail, AA is used to automate ticketing.
