With basic coding skills you can begin to automate tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop feature for coding that their platform is code-based, and the way the features are incorporated is very good. There are some commands to implement AA and not get complicated in the attempt. Its ease of use for creating bots is basic, and it provides some custom scripts that are not complex at all. Anyone can use AA and not die trying.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an efficient tool, but it does not contain enough information in the help section, and some of its internal functions, such as OCR are compatible by default with the ABBY reader, but we have seen some unexpected errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate internal applications, and I was able to solve many problems related to commands; I can automate most of the business processes. It is fantastic, and it is very stable, and my experience has been very rewarding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an easy to learn and use software that I highly recommend to any company that is interested.
No more boring and repetitive work with Automation Anywhere everything is easier.
What do you like best about the product?
For now, I can say some aspects that I liked.
Its interface which is very good and can be understood at a glance from design to debugging stage.
I liked the forum, but more communication and user support are needed, specially in discussions.
I also liked the way to create bots and that it is so easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to be slow at times and has a few bugs when working on large projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we were working with very heavy and repetitive projects, and we were already handling another automation tool; however we had many errors and problems, and we decided to opt for Automation Anywhere because we realized its potential. And so far it has helped us a lot in our daily work.
AA is the best tool available to create bots that will do the job automatically
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about AA is that it provides a free trial and editions to create bots at the same time. There are even portals dedicated to integrating this tool with good documentation and tutorials available for free. What I like the most is that it is easy to use and does not require a lot of coding, and its training can help anyone develop anything. AA has become our favorite tool in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess each tool has its strengths and weaknesses in this case. I have to see AA work great, but sometimes I hate its constant updates because they add features that are not that useful. I have witnessed some bugs in bot creation, but they are usually fixed instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are more content and relieved that the processes that were manual are now automatic thanks to Automation Anywhere

I recommend it because it requires little coding, and you don't even have to have experience. It is an easy and understandable software.

The cloud session gets disconnected after inactivity for some time which leads to loss of unsaved work. An automated saving feature should be enabled during session timeout.

Automation of business processes was a key thing that I had been achieving.

What do you like best about the product?
I started my career in Automation Anywhere as an RPA tool, am very much into it, and started using it from version 7. I am among those few developers who worked on AA from version 7. Initially, there are not many commands in v7.x, but we delivered projects with it too, and later, v8.x object cloning got introduced. Life becomes a bit easy in Automating (though Object cloning was introduced in v7.5, there is a bug in it). I am very fortunate to see all the versions of AA and glad that I am part of all versions to automate projects and now 2019 aka A360. Very excited about Automation Anywhere 360 and looking to automate in A360 as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support used to be very fast till v10.x, but somehow it's been declining from v11.x, the turnaround time is taking very long than it is supposed to be. They should have taken some time and launch A2019. I felt that they have launched it in a hurry and still fixing the bugs after their announcement to the Public.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete End to End Automation, domains like Finance, Healthcare, Logistics, Shared Services, Machinery, etc have been automated. ROI has increased in terms of FTE and time-saving.

Implementation of day to day task, especially data reading from emails and uploading to the relevant system

Out of the box PDF scanning capabilities

We transformed the Customer care/ Revenue/ Trade process into an automated process with the help of AA.

I recommend AA to others, as its easy to learn, material available online with ease. Certification and badges path available

What do you like best about the product?
This tool can automate anything, be it an application or website. You need to train the Bot once using actions available in the Control room, and the Bot will do the rest work for you. It saves lots of Time, and the Chances of Error are also significantly less or zero percent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider this tool still in the development phase, and many features will be added in the future. The community version has limitations on features/Actions, and the Bot takes more time to run when compared to the Enterprise version. It should provide a free evaluation period to attract new customers and small processes.

I am doing work related to Data Extraction. we have to fetch data from the Oracle database and Put the same into excel sheets and after that calculating data according to business need
