Software could use some adjustments

The program is quick to learn and easy to use.

Object Clones are rarely transportable between systems.

Time saving entry of Orders and generating reports.

Administrative and repetitive tasks in Finance.

- make an in-depth analysis of the current state of the company's processes
AA is more stable than its competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is more stable and more affordable than it's competitors. AA barely crashes. Comparably, it may not be as robust but AA forces you to think of alternative ways to solve a problem and forces you to use best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to inject code into AA, you can use Metabots that interface with a DLLs. AA does not have any means to build the DLL from within. DLL compilation must be done through external software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Automation Anywhere to scape data for a legacy system in order to generate letters for mailing purposes. We also implemented this process using UiPath. Automation Anywhere was able to complete the process quicker than UiPath. primary because AA forces you to use best practices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to save money, AA may be the best option. AA may not be a robust as UiPath, however, AA forces the developers to keep it simple and follow best practices.
Very good training materials in AA
What do you like best about the product?
There are very good training materials posted in AA university which give you the a good overview on all functionalties and how to make projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trainer they sent for a live training was not very good and was late every morning in the 3-day training sessions. There are still a lot of things that need to be improved in the bot configuring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still using is only for quite straight forward processes as we are still learning

I do like the way the education is created, the questions are not easy so they make you think.

I dislike there is not more cases to work on.

Please try to improve the Workflow option, it's very useful to make a few robots work together.

The way to teach the topic with use case is awesome. Its easy understandable. And it's reduce the manual effort.

Less use cases for IT automation and no ready actions for Target IT systems

We are trying to use Automation to address Infrastructure IT automation requirement which are manual and time consuming

I believe RPA platform should also concentrate on IT automation as there is a need to have easy to use Automation tool for IT process automation.

Best part of the Tool is the Image recognition command and integration with Citrix automation.

Various Business process benefiting the accuracy , efficiency and improving the average handling time of the process .

There should be more effective load balancing techniques like advance queuing mechanism , Code lock .
Good technology but need to improve a lot
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop features. The speed of the framework. It's easy to understand the concept. Web scraping and object cloning features are the best. CSV as a database is also a good feature which makes development really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about automation anywhere is they don't support JSON, which is surprising. They really need to improve pdf to excel converter. Sometime RPA gives different output for the same pdf or similar pdf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using automation to convert pdf's (specially invoices) to text or csv. Also I was using it for scrapping information from the web

Honestly speaking I would not recommend automation anywhere to large scale industries because there are competitors in the markets which are way better than automation anywhere.
Powerful software, helpful support, but documentation needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a lot of powerful capabilities and within a few months, are already able to automate some of our business tasks into production.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation isn't keeping up with the rapid growth of the software. For new clients, there are many barriers to getting started. The support team is very good at resolving those issues, but ideally, the issues wouldn't exist in the first place (with better install guides)..

With our first bot we have automated the creation of a daily trail balance.
