Robust process designer and automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
It has a highly capable process orchestrator which not only automates any given ad hoc processes but also provides analytical reporting and dashboard to review the entire end to end journeys and reduce FTE for a particular mundane task. Exception handling and error tracking is also very easily handled in the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Prescriptive analytics is still unavailable, and integration with third parties is not very scalable and requires coding knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building an entire ticketing system with complete automation in order to reduce cost and improve operational efficiency
Automation Anywhere is a very good automation tool with smart bots
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because when looking for a robotic automation tool, we tried several, but this was the one that worked for us and met our expectations. I also like it because it is very accurate and a very fast solution, and developers can use it without any problem, and I, with no experience in this type of tools, could easily use it by dragging and dropping activities and automating.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, the bots have problems running in virtual machines, and the mobile applications does not work as fast as we expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perfect automation system so far, we have been able to save time and money, and we noticed changes in the workflow thanks to the fact that we were able to automate from end to end without any problem.

If you are familiar with any RPA, it will be much easier for you, and if not, make sure you understand each function.

What do you like best about the product?
We ran a proof of concept in no time. The integration process is straightforward, and the business impacts the process from manual to automatic is high.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is missing is a user programming scheme that does not require technical expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rigel robots will be used as the automation core for suppliers to upload thousands of monthly invoices to hundreds of customers and download the same number of purchase orders.

The intuitive nature of the UI and great functionalities. Really effective and useful.

The UI lags sometimes when we use it. Not sure why.

Currently not trying to solve anything. Trying to get a high-end system to have the software run smooth.

Its a very powerful software for automation, i really like the 2019 version, its gives us more activities and more way to interact with apps. Also we have more ways to store.data in automation anyhwhere. Also i like the new UI.

Sometimes for some automations it doesnot perfectly work.and give us less options to work with

RPA enables us to build the best quality automated software that can do much work without human intervention that also enables us to do some sort of tasks with ease like the text to speech conversion automated handwriting.

RPA is only effective in transformation if it is optimized. The initial investment cost is a challenge. Potential job losses can happen due to this.

Experienced few errors in the data while extracting from scanned documents even after deploying the OCR engine, but it wasn't persistent and sorted out after reporting the issue to the support team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool because it is the easiest to use and very intuitive RPA platform and greatly reduces the complexity of automation because it allows you to create bots easily and also drag and drop make everything easier. It is a great solution that we know how to take advantage of and minimize interruptions.

I don't like the AI and ML capabilities; I feel like it needs a lot of improvement, and it also requires the need to install extensions.

I like its user interface; it is easy to use and intuitive, and greatly reduces the complexity of automation. It is very flexible and can automate any heavy task or heavy file processing. It has many out-of-the-box functions and provides easy access via the icon. I like the style of the workflow and that its processes are easy to understand.

The tool is very good, but sometimes the orchestrator has performance issues, and it happens more often when there are many bots in use.

This tool has proven to be an easy and effective way to automate processes. It is highly customizable in the creation of bots and mimics human actions when interacting with a computer application, and manages to automate any heavy and monotonous process

What do you like best about the product?
I like Automation Anywhere because it is very efficient and handles PDF files thanks to its integrations with third-party tools and also has its own programming language that is easy for any non-technical person to learn. I also like that it can be used anywhere in our organization to automate end-to-end processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface is very well made for programming, but I would like to see different themes and customize it to suit any user. For the most part, my experience has been positive, but we have also noticed bugs in the bot implementation.

Automation integrated with different web applications and was really easy to use and helped a lot in full end-to-end automation for the repetitive and mundane tasks that span many in our department.
