Easy to use and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use and flexible so a new user should have no issues

Email connection is pretty bad and not so simple

I really liked the almost none technical requisites to start developing and learning the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the way their courses are structured and an immense amount of unnecessary information required to go through mainly consisting of filler text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to apply RPA models to small to medium to enterprise service providers so that can cut down their time investment in organizing and optimizing their human resource in order to focus on priority problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this solution if you are fresh into the world of BPO and RPAs.
Highly valuable tool that every company needs to be competitive
What do you like best about the product?
Metabots have significantly reduced our maintenance and improved bot uptime. Bot store increases speed to market for our automations. Additionally, I am excited to see AA pushing advanced technology such as IQ bots for unstructured data and look forward to future offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training material needs improvement. As an enterprise license user, being charged for basic courses is unfavorable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking cost out of the business. Creating initiatives to standardize process prior to fulfilling automation requests. Allowing employees to take on value-add work such as analytics and strategy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Below things needs to improvised :
1. Excel commands (they are way too less, not even save excel command) very disappointing.
2. Lots of unsolved bug even by support ( Like : Soap web service bug, Open excel command bug(doesn't load addins, Treating excel as db (it hangs the system) ,Cannot use authentication in REST webservice, Task doesn't remember the last line where it was used, Status changes to unknown when running from control room ).

I have automated various Business processes benefiting huge FTE savings and improving efficiency to a great extent and reducing the total Estimated Turn Around time per transaction.

First experiences using AA software
What do you like best about the product?
Control room is easy to use, start and plan bot task actions. Integration to device and license management is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a automatic functionality to transport new bot task versions between control room, escpecially if someone is using several dev and qa instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is a need to have several actions between different applications like web portal, SAP and some office excel, which cannot be done by some application integrations.
Bringing Simplification to Simple Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it's not required for a human to have development skills to work with Automation Anywhere. The person can simply drag and drop items. A good point is that normal administrative employees have many transactional activities and the majority of them are not complex in terms of automation. So these employees, if well trained, are capable of developing their own automations, though basic lessons of computing logic are required (user must know at least what an IF means, a LOOP, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't adjust very well programs that interact with Oracle EBS. They work, but still out of sync with the real performance of EBS. The automations are full of instructions to wait a bit, because there's not a native function that would know if the tasks are really going in the exact order and time in EBS window.
Excel integration is poor, though VBA code can be utilized and called from the Automation Anywhere.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple automations that don't involve too much complexity, such as copy and paste from Excel to a web page. Web extracts are the best. The main benefit is gain of productivity. For complex problems, the intention is to use other tools, such as VBA in Excel to do all the rest. The focus of automation is for normal employees (non-IT developers), thus implies in solving simple problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate all the features it has and really ask yourself if you need them. If you have a development team, question twice.

Easy, versatile, quick adaptation, customer-oriented and connect, automation roadmap

Cost, tools for monitoring BOTS / infrastructure not versatile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of Shared services. Also integration with other tools was easy which means a complete automation solution for our customers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
AA is one of the top Automation tools in general and RPA in particular with good roadmap on Automation. Support for customer is good and consulting too.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive and user-friendly is AA, as a beginner in the world of programming/developing, AA makes my life simpler,making my efforts more towards the logic of the program and less about the sintax/language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions don't work as they were suppose to.Object Clonning seems really random sometimes and Image recognition never worked for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm doing works for several areas in my company, it reduces a lot of the manual work force, makes the process faster and more reliable
