What do you like best about the product?
User interface and placement of icons facilitate easy trainability. I have witnessed that after two days of training most persons can start the basic automation. To other tool provide easy drag and drop functionality compared to AA. Branding has developed to a stage where RPA means first AA. Launch of community version is expected to increase self training momentum and improve resource availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of examples covered in tutorial can be achieved by scripting. To automate any real life process basic/advanced training does not help. We need videos on complex work with multi stage automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automated process related to financial shared service unit.

You don't need scripting background to learn the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike. An inbuilt OCR technology will add great value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing low value manual efforts, improved accuracy.
It is fast & better.

AA's ease of use is the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, low code programming environment, does all expected RPA tasks that one should expect from an RPA platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very similar to other RPA platforms on the market. Personally, having started RPA using UI Path, I must say that AA seems like a clone of that tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All problems that can be shoulved with the platform. In comparison to other RPA platform, the main advantage of this one is the cost, mainly when compared to BO.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Learn and develop projects in a shorter duration of strict development timeline. Easy to teach new developers while on-boarding from the various domain. Still, a few features can be enabled to optimize faster development and bug fixing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping in metabot, no learning platform for the creation of dll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive actions related to SAP, Outlook, Excel & Flexcube applications. Benefit earned as per developer is fall in the timeline of the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best Tool for RPA Operations, easy to use, more frequency in operations.

What do you like best about the product?
the UI for the tool does not have a steep learning curve
What do you dislike about the product?
reliability of the AA Setup is questionable due the product using multiple protocols for communication in a network.
advice and quality offered by the support team leaves a lot be desired

Ease of use and development.

not up to the mark in surface automation

I am using this as RDA solution for the business. its give complete ownership and control on solution the user and helps mitigate data security challenges aside to tangible benefit

can be improved on -
Surface automation, OCR and image recognition

What do you like best about the product?
Recording feature is good but it's making more effect for development of sprint to deploy live. It's only worth to give the demo to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no expression evaluation command to execute a small logic on some variables. After spying the elements there should be a option to highlight the objects that we just spied. We can't make filter on list type variables.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed of the automation of the process is truly amazing.
The ease of use to the developers is good.
The number activities available are good
Debugging capability of the implementation is good
The Bot store is helpful in custom activities
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could have been improved.
There are no much activites like to convert excel to data table.

Automation Anywhere was used in the process automation of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll domains. The FTE hours saved are quiet significant and the throughput using Automation Anywhere is very good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would totally recommend users to opt Automation Anywhere for their process automation.
