Very powerful tool to create automation of Backoffice business processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the system to create automation. We used it in my organization to improve productivity and customer experience for our back-office process, open tickets from customers, provide initial automated support before going throw the tier 1/2 support

There is some progress need to make with the bots AI to gain more capabilities automatically

It solved one aspect of the organization's digital transformation process we had to automate the escalation and support services to our customers

What do you like best about the product?
AA software convinces me because it is easy-friendly and makes programming seems more accessible to do and, above all, to understand. I need just a few steps to program simple bots. This software is perfect for automating some tasks with a simple solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked the user interface in the last version because I think its design could have been better. The same could be said about the code editor, for example. I prefer another interface in previous versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA has helped us shorten the time we spend on specific tasks. The price is reasonable, which has been a relief. Now, our team can do complicate activities without thinking about simple tasks. This situation results in a correct spend of our human resources.

A good tip is to take advantage of the new cloud edition, which is excellent. Your internet connection must be optimal; it would be good to check the capacity of your internet provider. It may also encourage you to purchase to know that technical support is highly responsive.

Automation Anywhere empowers you to deploy your little workers (bots) to automate your business processes in almost entirety. I particularly appreciate the versatility and efficiency of the bots on the websites for our customer service experiences; they provide essential insights for analytics. The intelligent bots work well in invoice processing, downloading reports in just a few simple steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every other user can confirm that it is a time-consuming process to load the packages if you are on the basic package - setup for the bots. The software, like most RPAssofware, like other RPAs, is a victim of multiple features; therefore, it takes a while before the user gets fully conversed with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We strive to meet deadlines, and the automation software helps us achieve this with great ease. The bots carry out monotonous tasks that would have otherwise been carried out by humans, decreasing the workloads on employees. AA It is a great tool and works well in error-handling and analytics.

I would advise companies needing a solution to automate their operations to go for Automation Anywhere since it is robust, effective, and an all-time top-performing RPA.

The primary issue is the compatibility of Automation Anywhere with other operating systems except windows are not very efficient. It is not very cost-effective.

I use Automation Anywhere to control and monitor performance of thier RPA bots.It is very User friendly that is very easy for me.This Helps in providing Analytical reports.

The management and control of your data, coupled with highly effective security, useful tools to monitor tasks and devices, and all remotely, automating repetitive tasks greatly speed up the efficiency of our work, improving the time of use and optimizing production.

Times to load some apps, and tasks, they must enhance the control room tools and add more options. Could be improved image-based processes tend to fail a lot and are difficult to configure depending on their format.

What do you like best about the product?
It has each and every integration from excel automation to SAP it includes almost everything that makes automation of the process easy and flexible and the the newer version using Cloud platform is awsome.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI sense Recorder is not resilient yet. It needs some improvement. The community version has an error loop which I had encountered, The support person from Automation Anywhere was too unable to fix it.

Web Automation, Excel Automation, Email Automation, SAP processes are the some of the benefits I had realised using Automation Anywhere A360.

The web activities in Automation Anywhere 360, as there is still a web module missing without the need for them to be legacy automations.

Web activities, since it does not have its own data extraction module, have to be performed by recording, and sometimes it does not find the HTML tag of the page where the extraction is performed.
