The hands on approach was preferred; good initial instruction from the team leads.

Somewhat limited support from staff to allow our team to complete the project

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the possible actions I thought of were accounted for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the task operation names weren't intuitive so it took a lot of trial and error to figure out what task was best for each need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating and organizing our reporting to allow more time for analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Great enterprise level RPA software. Automation that can be scaled across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as user-friendly and easy to use as some other RPA solutions in the market. Need to be a little more tech savvy to use it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of finance and accounting processes. Time savings in these departments which resulted in resources being able to be used in more technical areas.

What do you like best about the product?
-Simplicity of the User Interface and its intuitiveness
-Training & User Community offered by Auto Anywhere - Share best practices
-Empowers non-technical personnel to automate their own processes that they know best
-Able to automate processes at more than just the UI/Application Layer (DB/Rest APIs/etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
-Minor performance issues over lifespan of use w/ the tool
-Promotion process through environment landscape (Dev/QA/PRD) is a bit "clunky" and could be reworked

Master data maintenance w/ cloud solution that doesn't offer out-of-the-box APIs to maintain, accounting and finance manual intensive processes automated.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI and commands - don't need to be a developer. Excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
V 11.1 that we downloaded was a buggy version and it took a long time for the Automation Anywhere folks to own that up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating manual tasks has enabled our company to process huge volumes during peak periods like quarter ends, and allowed us to re divert resources to greater value add tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although the product advertises itself as being suitable for non technical people, make sure you hire at least 1 technical resource with C# experience to create metabots in your RPA team.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to develop a bot.
Has advanced features for more complex automation
The online trainings provide a lot of knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
Some version of the software seems not to be compatible with our current IT requisite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems such as low value and repetitive tasks.
Being able to automate them is a time gainer, and save some cost
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have access to an easy to use software, I recommend AA
Even a non technical person can create a simple bot
Go to the AA university to learn about the software by watching and doing training.
Every topics are present and easy understandable.
Be sure that the version of the software is compliant with the IT of your company

Easy to use
Can be used by business users
Provides efficient GUI automation features
What do you dislike about the product?
Some commands does not work like Webservice call, SAP Scripting run , Excel commands are very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can automate all the mundane task, FTE savings and Process efficiency is achieved
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. Improve current product commands
2. Introduce Queue Management
3. Introduce Modularization

Honestly, I liked this tool but haven't come across any issues so far.
