Good RPA product
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use without coding much. and its large community to get help if any issues happen. and it's getting better and better in each product release. always improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
To develop sub-scripts for a project, need to create a new task bot that jumps to a new page that loose track of the process that developed and its giving complex navigation to put it together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved an end-to-end insurance renewal process for a particularly large bank. And it is I have been able to develop the process within a few weeks without coding much.

When you are looking into large scale RPA deployment AA is one of the best solutions available in the market

What do you like best about the product?
The recorder is an absolute masterpiece of the product, it works like a charm and gets things done with much ease

The lack of support/consistency while working with Edge in IE mode can be improved by a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving various daily activities in oracle. So far through RPA we have omitted the manual validation tasks which makes the process more accurate.

The customer support system i heard it's good,but in my case when I asked support ,i have not got proper support.

Feature Rich, Time Savior and Easy to Use RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our biggest value of using Automation Anywhere is its power of involving AI Technologies like Computer Vision, Fuzzy Logic, Natural Language Processing "NLP" and Machine Learning and their incredible ability to automatically classify, extract and validate the information from business documents and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to improve their REST API documentation for a clearer detailed information for beginners. They need to improve real-time data and analytics. There's less support for various data types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We saved a lot of time and money after using Automation Anywhere, We reduced and minimized the risk of human errors and got rid of all the manual repetitive tasks and we are getting more benefits from our time now since all of the supervisors and employees were in charge of these manual tasks are using their time now in more logical tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Having software that uses Cloud RPA, allows us to access its functions from any device. All you need is an Internet connection. Automation Anywhere ensures consistently excellent performance, regardless of the power of our devices.
I also love the ease of use. Programming a bot with drag-and-drop and intuitive visual schemes is great. Instead of worrying about the process, it allows us to focus on the results.
The technical support staff is very friendly and always helps us with any questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, AA works very well; I have no complaints about the software. If I have to think of something I don't like, there are times when the cloning bots function doesn't work correctly, and I have to redo it. But it happens so infrequently that it's no inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated processes that were very tedious to do. For example, we can extract and organize data in Excel, fill out forms, program the implementation of functions in web application development, test servers' performance, etc.
In general, we delegate to the bots all the functions that are simple to do, and just check that everything is in order. As a result, we save a lot of resources in time and personnel.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is to have a person in charge of determining the functions that can be automated. The uses of bots can be infinite. You just have to think about when they will be helpful.
Futuristic Advanced Automation RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's easy to use and how we got rid of boring repetitive tasks using Automation Anywhere, The simple user-friendly Interface is the best reason that we will always keep using AA's RPA, Now we easily design prescriptions and receipts and we completely got rid of the data entry part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The last version isn't stable, I think the Integrations are still limited somehow. I also expected it to have more out-of-the-box Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning such as NLP and Image Classification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I am able to handle a large workload without the need of more and more people to hire, I can also send to my patients their prescriptions and receipts easily without the need to be on PC, Their mobile application is getting the job done.

RPA has made several processes easy in terms of communication, interface, quick fix etc and thus has reduced work burden, increased productivity and saved a lot more time and effort.
The best thing is you do not have to search and look into the UI every time you want a new function, its very clear.
There is the drag and drop feature to select functions and combine them as required.

There must be pre-defined set of some solutions or a group of functions clubbed together to simply select while creating an automation.
The UI can be more advanced in terms of appearance. It is very basic and simple.

SNOW tickets were generated in a bulk for a process. It was supposed to go to the monitoring team and the monitoring team then filters out the tickets(different services ticket assigned to that service team) and send them specifically to the dedicated team.
This process required 24*7 attention of monitoring team to catch n dispatch the service.
I automated the entire process using AA and saved a lot for monthly savings.
The whole monitoring team got rolled off as the entire process was done by its own after scheduling.
The man cost was also reduced to 0. Earlier there were 13 members to do the same thing.
The chances of error to send to the wrong team(the specific SNOW tickets) was also reduced as the Automation looked for the keyword and then matches with the mail address of the desired team and sends it.
