How to compete with other RPA Tools in Present World
What do you like best about the product?
*Recorder Concept is good.
*Easy to understand & Use .Simple knowledge is sufficient
*Control room + Configuration setup is very easy
*Overall making a good progress compared than older versions , but still have to hit hard
*Easy to write the code , less knowledge is required.
*BOT Store implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
*Exe file Creation has been disconnect in the recent versions . I know it improves your growth , but still the dependency on AA is decreasing by this.
*Previously it was a tool independent , now it;s compromised.
*Web controlling(Control Room) has to be implemented by keeping the future in mind.
*NLP, OCR , AI concepts +AI related stuff to be improved compared than other top RPA tools
*OCR reorganization is still a problem compared than Uipath
*Downloads in BOT Store it must be accessible to all the partners without any restrictions.
*Licensing costs to be minimized

Easier to learn for the developers than the competitive tools for automation in market
Lot of out of box features when it comes to SAP, Excel, and others

OCR feature is not very efficient, effficiency can be increased more
In case of encrypted code, computing resources used are very high, and hence freezing of systems is experienced with heavy code

Repetetive tasks to be automated. Lot of non value adding human effort has been released to be automated and the human experience and expertise is being used in more value adding tasks, which has unlocked a lot of new strategic initiatives and potential game changer ideas

It is a good option because the UI for coding is more intuitive and devleopers learn it fast

What do you like best about the product?
The Control Room feature is greatly appreciated. This option allow me to monitor all my bots & save time to each automation. MetaBot feature was a great addition to help with smoke testing of a unstable web based environment
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR & image recognition feature limitation. We do not have an alternative to these two features. The disappointment is more based on the unreach potential of these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several repetitive back offices task and processes. Reusability of the script that we are creating. We were able to do alot of cost avoidance and are ready to built a new road map for the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always do POC to validate your company requirements FIRST. At first you won't know that a feature could be benefical or mandatory until you actually try it on several occasion. Practice makes perfect

What do you like best about the product?
I think the user interface is great and makes it really easy to quickly build runbooks. The available integrations are good too

So far, not much. It's been a steep learning curve as it would be with any complex tool

We've replace system center orchestrator with AA, it's taking care of lot's of business processes which make our lives easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the best tools in the market of RPA these days. It has presented the industry with an easy to use and cutting edge technology. The organization has launched IQ bot to help extract data from scanned and handwritten documents increasing the extent of automation to manual documents as well. It can be used for enterprise-scale automation
Some of the features which I find best are -
- Use of excel as database is really helpful in case of large volumes
- Smart recording captures most of the properties of spying elements
- Triggers; a bot can be scheduled to trigger on a number of conditions
- Availability of over 500+ commands

What do you dislike about the product?
When compared to other RPA tools, there are some areas in which AA is lying behind from a developers' perspective -
- UI of AA could be better, a code of 200-300 lines look messy where its even hard to find start and end of the loop for example.
- Debugging is difficult as there is no option to step into sub-task from main task.
- No option to change the value of variable during run time.
-Concept of queues is not clear.

Banking processes having little to no - human interaction, web based applications are automated. AA helps in eliminating redundant steps from the manual process as well and makes the structure more streamlined.

The best is AA Player - helps to track bot progress.

The line code construction which doesn't allow to group lines and collapse by pressing + as it is in vb.net.

Automation of client's web application, which had unfriendly html construction. The biggest benefit: people don't need to perform boring manual work every day.
