What do you like best about the product?
There new interface in the browser which is a revolutionary feature is the best one. Also, they added some new features to the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't allow us to use some external activities which are not present in AA tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of us are solving the business problems which required more FTE's time to do that process. The processes is like Invoice Processing, PO Processing, and some Excel processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the easy drag and drop option, easy-to-use feature, less programming-oriented, easy to learn tools in order to perform business actions. Understanding is improved due to the flowchart way of representation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to say the UI features could be a bit improves as compared to other RPA tools such as for Blue prism, and provide better in-depth listing tools for business review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems which we did as a practice was extracting the details for eg the NSE stock exchange table extracting the details of the stocks of the companies there and reading those data into MS excel. The benefits was how easy and efficient the working becomes with the deployment of bots and less time taken as compared to when we humans try to perform that task.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its versatile feature of using it on the cloud without hassling about installing any software. Anyone can create a process on the browser and even run it from the browser. Almost all the package for developing the bot is pre-installed so that very cool feature of AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
To learn or to utilize the full feature of AA you need to have the Enterprise version which I think is not good for learners

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am developing a task to download invoice data from mail then extract the data from invoice documents using OCR technology then export data in to the SQL database
Good, however v11 is better suited to older applications, IQBot needs alot more material for support
What do you like best about the product?
AA360 is very suitable for web handling and navigation using domx path.
The recorder I find is less useful than v11's object cloning and capturing screens, specifically financial applications built on delphi.

IQBot needs a lot of work in terms of support, We need detail documents on how AA uses DB's for learning instances, as when we upgrade control room we lose all our learning instances.
The issue was resolved by AA's technical team over the course of 3 sessions that were 3 hours or longer.

Cloud Enable feature provides easy to implement along with low infrastructure cost. Along with that, the AARI has created a lot of opportunities for automating processes.

Still waiting for more upgrades to be added in AARI like the image to make it more interactive for the end-user.

- Support provided by Automation Anywhere can be improved and I would rate the support experience as 6 out of 10.
- Bot agent connectivity is a problem at times and there are issues encountered that only support will be able to resolve.
- IQBot product works great for simple invoices but is unstable if the Invoices are more complex in nature.

- We are using Automation Anywhere for helping out our customers gain more ROI(Return on Investment), Save manual hours and have mission-critical processes completed within lesser time.
- There are a few business processes that are to be performed on year-end or month-end and during holidays where Business users had to cancel their leave/vacation plans. RPA Automation Anywhere helps automate such processes as well and provides relief to the BU's.
- The Automation Anywhere RPA is helping automate processes that require to be run every hour (like Invoice Posting) which eats up a lot of users' time and requires dedicated FTE. - It would be best to go with the Automation Anywhere Cloud-based solution where your Web Control room and IQBot server-side components will be hosted at Automation Anywhere's cloud and your private tenant will be created in their cloud to secure your data. This way you will be saving your cost on heavy infrastructure to deploy these components on-premise.
- Start with a starter pack and gradually as you keep adding more bots to your production and grow your RPA you can keep scaling your licenses up.
- Begin with automating low hanging fruits first to build the confidence of your organization in RPA and then go with complex processes once RPA Automation Anywhere is established as a solution.
