Great experience for learn about AA tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of Automation Anywhere with the softwares (PDF,Email, SAP, etc). Others automation tool don't have the level of integration of AA.
Cognitive Bots. Facilitates for large files quantities.
The analytics support.
Their support it's great too. The Client was not working in my PC, i opened a ticket, they tried to solve throw emails, but didn't work. Then, they connected in my PC, even thought i don't have any license.
Their training it's great as well. I won various certificates (one with the cost of 50 $ for free) and credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workbench could be more intuitive. The list type becomes hard to administrate if the project its large.
Design it's very good as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Industry Automation.
Automation Anywhere reduces drastically the amount of time of human working in repetitive tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere it's one of the best automation tools in the market today. Their Control Room with Bot Insight, Analytics and Cognitive Bots are great.

Intuitive and easy to use interface for developing bots. Love the drag and drop feature.

Not a whole lot of integration options with SAP.

Require technical knowledge. Some of the functionalities need to be connected with IT specific functions.

Incredible program, speeds up every part of my work

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is the fact that I can use bots to automate around 80% of the work that would take me 2 or more hours to do. Not only that but they actually give me more financial vision so I can overlook what is spent over what I still have. Not only that but the fact that there are so many features and I like mean there is a great quantity of features that will without a doubt do so good for my company. Some of the features are new to me and still seem like game changers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I dislike is the number of steps it takes to create one bot. It's not a ton of steps but it's an amount that adds up over time of usage. Each bot does its own things so I have to create more than I would hope for. I really wish that one bot could do more, like one bot could do financial and insurance at the same time. For example I want to have one bot do insurance but also keep the budget and finances straight so I don't overpay for insurance,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of spending too much time on all the different things that I have to do to keep my company up and running, The benefits that I have realized are that well, I have more time for myself and more time to improve on what I already have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose the bots that are the easiest to set up at first, then move on to harder bots. This will greatly manage your time and give you the best results.

What do you like best about the product?
The training is excellent, and I haven't used it but I like that they offer onsite training too. The process automation has eliminated many slow or unuseful business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their data transferring automation could use some work. It seems very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improved our web data extraction and data retrieval.

Automation Anywhere Brings Speed

What do you like best about the product?
There is a small learning curve. It is fairly easy to take a business user with little training and/or no programming experience and have them developing simple tasks quickly. At that point, it is about teaching the users best practices in development and debugging to make everything sustainable within our ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of ease in showing a business user how tasks interact with one another in a visual way, especially when the developer and business user aren't the same person. We would like to see some type of visual interface that can show the breadth of what our tasks are doing and illustrate a complete process flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems within Finance, HR and IT. We have over 60 projects in production and each of them is saving our employees' time from continuing to complete mundane, repetitive tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to deliver quick business value, utilize Automation Anywhere. Developers can quickly learn and there is an ecosystem of individuals willing to help along the journey in the Apeople Community.

What do you like best about the product?
IQ Bot: it was nice to see cognitive integration within the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not have a visual workflow which would make it easier to understand the code/ process for someone who is reviewing the code other than the developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not using Automation Anywhere at the moment.
