Incredible software for easy automation with the bots of the future
What do you like best about the product?
I like process automation because it is exciting to see how this technology does a very effective job, it is very useful at the end of everything, it is good, and it really helps a lot to simplify the work a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything at all; there is no flaw in this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot in working with tasks and solves many problems by reducing human errors and data problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good RPA product that if you ask me a thousand times, I would recommend it a thousand times.
Process automation solution with new and innovative technology
What do you like best about the product?
I like it mainly because it is easy to use and saves a lot of time, and can be automated anywhere, well, the name it all. It is easy to learn with a few commands and coding. I like how easy it is to create bots without having to code, and the best thing about it is drag and drop, which is what all RPA platforms need to make the job easier. I personally believe that these RPA technologies continue to grow and that every company, small or large, needs them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it, although the user interface was a bit difficult to understand and took some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good for automating processes like PDF and Excel documents and emails, it works perfectly, it's very good and intuitive, and we have free time to spend on other more important activities while Anywhere RPA is running.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I want to give you some advice; first of all, check in with your company how much you need an RPA so that types of processes can be automated, I also recommend reading the documentation in-depth and learning if you are a beginner.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good for development and helps to automate heavy work that is often repetitive, and with this automation, it completely changes the environment and improves workflow is incredible. I also like the customization of the bot that can be done when needed, and it uses artificial intelligence to identify patterns in the processes, and that's great. The user interface is good for both experts and beginners; you will find it very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is fine and working properly, and I haven't had any problems automating tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business processes were automated, we saved time, and we were able to completely reduce the effort, and there is not so much human interaction because there are no more errors because the bots do their job perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the ultimate digital assistant to save the time and effort of the employees by creating a bot to automate the repeated processess.
What do you dislike about the product?
IQBot is not extracting and placing the csv files on the respective folders sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user interface of Automation Anywhere's Version 11 and A360/A2019 are user friendly. Especially A2019 is web based it supports three views like sequence, flow and combination of both. It is simple and easy to understand the commands. Discovery Bot, IQBot and AARI's functionalities are excellent.

Creating rules based business process is easy using Automation anywhere. The business process or the digital process can be automated with defined rules efficiently.

The advantages of using Automation Anywhere is will be able to automate the iterative process in a less period of time. Nowadays Automation anywhere supports both structured and unstructured data to process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the bot agent is getting disconnected automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The packages of Automation Anywhere is simple to use and the training provided by AA is too great. The users can get enough knowledge based on roles that they are working. The performance of AIsense recorder and universal recorder is irreplaceable. We are using Automation Anywhere to support our clients by reducing their manual repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is much better thought out in terms of efficiency than another solution we've used. It can be a little scary at first, but the time saving you gain by having everything available on the screen, in addition to the hotkeys, makes everything much more agile when it is necessary to change something and there is no time to ask a collaborator to make this modification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intelligent Document Processing does not perform as well as some other solutions available on the market, but it has evolved and is integrated with great services like the Google Vision API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service is the main point of customer retention and the retention rate is crucial to the success of our business. With a high cost of customer acquisition and with profitability focused on long-term contracts, ensuring that customers have adequate support is critical. Automation Anywhere allowed us to streamline the service process, with the help of AI, and ensured that a large part of our Tickets can be answered in an agile, accurate and, when it makes sense, padronizes way.
The developer can deal with it comfortably, as it has many useful uses.

1 - Some dealing with SAP programs are ineffective when captured.
2 - We can't use the query in a variable and execute it.
3 - When the task is cloning, we need to copy it and modify its name again.

All customer requirements are solved using automation anywhere while saving him time and reducing manual work.
