Better than expected
What do you like best about the product?
Improvement in user interface is required with some basic features should reflect on top of the list.

Some new features need too much clicks to apply

It was really nice experience, learning and talking about AA RPA is now been need of all IT people .
What do you like best about the product?
Automation will help organization to automate reccuring human process, where these people can be replace by BOTs and may utilise them at right place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ready made templates of Bots are useful, but its seems like lil bit difficlt to develop from developer side.

Automating reccuring process is most liked feature of it.

It is a good user friendly software .
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite easy automation tool with less complexity , easy to use , good inter-activeness , it makes easy to create the bots using the tools and commands available , very less of coding .
What do you dislike about the product?
It would good if some more features were added , like working in an application interacting with the software more freely rather that just retrieving and loading data . I would prefer improvement in Smart recorder or object cloning command

It reduces my time doing repeating tasks . which will finish my job in a single keystroke .

Easy to learn and a quick way to automate compared to other RPA tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The license of the automation anywhere is costly compared to other RPA tools which are available at free of cost in the market

Automating UI and fetching data from db
Automation Anywhere is very powerful but support should be improved.
What do you like best about the product?
The power of automation, the simplicity and the ease of use, its flexibility and the possibility to deploy this organization wide. There is a great support team which provides quick solutions with out of box thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
We face issues with many bots in production, specially after the Control Room upgrades but that could be understood and is kind of expected. The other challenge is that the devices do not connect automatically to the control room after planned and unplanned outages which impact the control room, but we have informed that it's likely to change when we move to the Cloud. We do have some concerns about the support, many problems just persist without resolution like black screens and machines logging off intermittently. Accuracy was not high with the IQ bot.

We managed to automate a lot of repetitive reports, with AA. Some of the customer care and finance bots are projected to save us millions of dollars.

Automation Anywhere is very powerful, it has helped us achieve huge cost savings. Their cloud version seems to be more evolved than on premise version.

What do you like best about the product?
If in my early career stage got an opportunity for RPA than would have surely done. As i am currently SAP Certified and would love to work on RPA
What do you dislike about the product?
Just some courses didnt had PDF books to download.

Currently i am not into RPA

It is great for future prospects. Also will generate lot of employment opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent RPA Tools and even basic knowledge people can operate and make a bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Required to add small use cases for a practice at the end of each session which can make use of all options in the command.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use for citirix automations and easy to use Excel commands.

They need improve add DLL features and it was easy with Blue Prism

Metabots, IQ bots, Coding interface are best

User Interface, excel automation, things are not as easy as UIPath.
