With a few drag and drop how easily we can automate a scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
Strict Licensing Cost for the product.Sharing is not allowed by different users of the team.
It takes a lot of money to develop as well as run the Bots. The IQ Bot should also be a part of package instead of being a separate package.
The tool does not have integration with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins. And open source version control systems like GitHub.It would have made it more popular.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial Services,Service Now,Salesforce all major domains we are automating. We do not have to look for any extra add-in or plugin to read documents.IQ Bot does the job.
Good, but quirky
What do you like best about the product?
The Code-like building of tasks. Being able to see all my "commands" on the left side of the screen. The ability to use DLLS, VBScript, and other tools to extend functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recording seems to be hit or miss. Object Cloning seems to be a bit quirky, even when using something that shouldn't be affected by screen resolution, it still is. This makes moving from desktop to unattended a bit finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate tedious tasks. Being able to set up a tasks to do something multiple times that would have usually taken longer. Moving data around from application to application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No product is going to be perfect. Automation Anywhere strikes a good balance of power and usability.
Enabling business to automate
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive UI and how it allows a business user with a basic code introduction to be able to automate a process for themselves. It has enough features that also allow an experienced coder to do even more. Integration with Excel and other business software adds solid functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes awhile for an object clone to find its intended target. Some of this may be the coding of the page itself. One other item is that there is one default counter only and it will only count in the inner most loop. You have to create other variable counters or else you may be unexpected results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completing forms and processing data from a spreadsheet are common applications.
Great automation software

- Pilot project was completed in 4 months, which includes (1) training (2) infrastructure setup (3) installation (4) first process mapping (5) automation development (6) automation moved into production.
- New v11 has significant improvements, Control Room piece has an easy interface, with a very good dashboard for monitoring and controlling automation in production.
- Fantastic customer support, both from Account Manager and Help Desk team. Help Desk team is very responsive and effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Password management can be stored in the central piece (Control Room) and encrypted. But, different developers can get this passwords. This can create some security issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Manual and repetitive tasks have been replaced by automation. The financial team can focus on more value added tasks.
- Easily able to expand automation team, total of 5 developers joined the team.
- After success with initial automation cases, new model was created. We currently have developers out of the main automation development team developing automation on their own. This allows developers to be even closer to customers.

Fast Growing Product
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of the product and the quick changes to the overall support platform. The company is growing fast but they seem to be trying to keep up with the times and improve the overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Version release needs more QA before it is generally released to the public, or create an early adopters section. Too many times have we upgraded and it caused more issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving supplier compliance to requests. Improving pilot flights. Decreasing time spent data entry.
Easy to learn and implement
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn. Training material is also very good
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP automation could be more easy without DLL and direct object recognition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quotation of mundane processes
Automation Anywhere moving forward efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere although in its infancy as an application has grown leaps and bounds. They have an open ear to the customer and their enhancement requests. Its use on both side of the fence ( support and development) make it a pleasure to work without the pressures. AA has made an effort to make sure we as the business are heard and if needed bring in their higher management to white glove to reach a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere releases their versions very quickly without fully vetting the product. It leaves us as the consumer as its testers. Instead of releasing a Beta version, they drop the next sequence or version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of repetitive tasks that were in our company are far more than we imagined. The agility of Automation Anywhere to adapt to the current work streams and develop to the market is quite remarkable. They fit phrase "if it does not make a dollar, it does not make "cents" "
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Complete a full review of Automation Anywhere. Anyone looking to implement AA should complete a full diagnostic of their current environment along with the Automation Anywhere to validate their requirement is being fully utilized to its full potential.

Onboard the automation journey
What do you like best about the product?
The professionalism and the technical expertise
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial lag in implementation and the kickstart of the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to automate all mundane and routine activities that are being done manually in the organization
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is worth the effort and money. I would suggest to take a leap of faith and you will definitely get the returns.
Automation is a great RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn. It works great with a lot of different programs. The AA support is really awesome, you will usually get a detailed response on the same day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop functionality. I prefer writing my own code instead of drag and dropping. I think writing is faster and easier to organise (placing comments behind the lines/variable). Drag and drop functionality is easier to start with, because you do not have to learn the syntax. But in a later stadium it is a lot slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check invoices with our calculation. If the invoice is within the threshold, AA will book the invoice in our administration tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommind starting a trial. You will find out that RPA is easy with AA and start to like it eventually. Everyone is able to make his own robot with AA.
