As Software Engineer connecting to VPN is 5 Step Manual Everyday work so with Automation Anywhere i created an action chain and Automated VPN Authentication.
Now when System Boots up Automation Anywhere does the job for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the most reliable RPA tool and it is a suitable tool for a large company. They provide free learning space and a community studio for users. The bots developed are highly scalable and error-free most of the time. The cost is reasonable compared to other big RPA tools. The customer support is very fast and satisfied. The control room available to manage and schedule bots have an inbuilt source code control mechanism. The new cloud version A360 has more features added and it can be implemented in any machine with internet connectivity. Overall automation anywhere is an amazing RPA tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawbacks of Automation anywhere can be:
1. The OCR and IQ bot facilities can be improved.
2. The new cloud version needs more stability. The time to connect to the local machine is long.
3. It would have been better if we had the facility to exchange/download codes developed in A360 studios with other users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using AA V11 and A360 inside our organization. Mainly we are automating the rate management system. For eg: the customer forecasting and carrier allocation processes are successfully automated using A360. The automated workflow is faster and error-free. The business saved costs and time. The ROI is increasing over the years.

Automation Anywhere is an excellent RPA tool to start with. It provides a wide range of activities for all types of automation inside your company. It is easy to integrate with third-party applications and we can also develop custom packages as per our needs and add them to the activity set. The processes developed using automation anywhere are reliable and error-free compared to other RPA tools. The bot insights and dashboards are key features of AA. With the cloud version of AA(A360), anyone can build and run bots from anywhere on the planet.

I liked it because it is an excellent software to create automatic processes without the need to write code from scratch, the content of the documentation was also very easy to understand so it does not require people with technical knowledge, I liked it when I started developing and automating processes complex and repetitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only had issues at first, mainly with the orchestrator, but then those were fixed and now everything works great with no hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that the work is automatic in some areas, we have time to be able to do other heavy tasks that are not suitable for automation, we notice that the team is more efficient and productive since AA was implemented.

There are many other RPA tools out there but I assure you that you will end up using Automation Anywhere.

The user interface is very easy to understand.
Creating a bot is also very easy, just drag and drop available action items to create bots.
Mainly I configured the bot for our user deactivation and revoking the left user's access to all access. Before it was challenging and important to remove access to the exit users hence we planned to make this workflow automation and it headed to the right decision.

Minimium system configuration requirements to run advanced bots are very high. Before procuring we should ensure we have enough assets to run bots.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using this tool because it gives a broad perspective of automation in different types of business processes thus increasing productivity in our organization with its beautiful robotic automation, I also like that you don't have to be an expert to understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike, for now, they are only very clear tastes for its great benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates a lot of the work and it's nice to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks like autoresponders, data entry and report generation like excel spreadsheets, that was our problem solver.

I like this tool because it automates and manages files, I like being able to quickly extract information as PDFs and Excel is great, I like how fast and efficient it is. It is simple and RPA to do away with mundane tasks and reduce errors made by people.

I really like everything about Automation Anywhere and it keeps getting better every day without any issues so far.

AA was able to solve our issues of errors and confusion from people doing the wrong work, once AA was implemented it all changed and vastly improved workflow, it was a solid solution for automating business processes and now all is well.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a widely used Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution that automates manual processes. We have used the solution to use the bots to automate our manual data entering form and entering the millions of user records. It is a highly reliable and secured solution for your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data perfection is not up to the mark and OCR quality is not as perfect. We need extra efforts to read it manually and then enter it into the system. Also, it requires higher internet bandwidth for all the processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes we faced issues in creating and implementing the workflows into the system. It was very complicated to use that workflow as they require a high level of business logics and everytime we need to re-develop the workflows.

I highly recommend the solution to prospective buyers.

I like Automation Anywhere because it is a tool for process automation and it is incredible because it simplifies work and saves time, I like being able to reduce processing costs with mundane tasks and notice a great growth in work. It is a good RPA from what we have tried this has been the best, I also like its very intuitive interface and the way it has been developed.

Understanding this RPA tool is very easy. Without any technical knowledge, I started working on this tool.
Mainly I implemented a bot in our New user's ID creation before the user had to do this task manually and needed to wait for more time to complete this task. Now, I made it automated, so this task is completing on time without any issues. I almost implemented 12 bots in our company.
