After years of using and testing different RPA tools trying to reach the best software for my organization and our clients too, Finally I found out that "Automation Anywhere" is the most comprehensive cloud-native RPA platform in the market with powerful AI/ML capabilities and quality features to empower every department in the organization with an intelligent, non-stop and error-free digital employee to free them from mundane tasks and increase high-value productivity by handling their manual repetitive tasks and complex processes, Giving them the chance to decide how to use their time to grow faster with the higher performance they'll achieve after using Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
We thought it was a low-code environment where people with basic programming knowledge are capable of creating bots using their code, But no we always went into instability in bots whenever a basic coder tried to create a bot using his basic coding skills, until we have seen a professional doing it differently and it became very stable, They also need to provide better documentation with clearer and detailed information to guide the starters and help them achieve an easier onboarding experience.

We can access this software anywhere, because is stored in the cloud; we can access it quickly from any device.
I can automate tasks and create bots with just a few clicks. Automation Anywhere allows me to program the bots with drag-and-drop low code. it is simple to use, and I am grateful for this.

What do you dislike about the product?
The minimum system configuration requirements can be high for advanced bots functions. Therefore, it is essential to have enough resources available to tun the bots before I program them.
Sometimes, it was challenging to comprehend the documentation for programming advanced bots. The learning curve is sometimes difficult for me.

Automation Anywhere is an excellent tool for automating tasks and programming bots. I can test different scenarios for the bost and view the activity, and manage all on the dashboards. I can customize all bots as I need.

Automation Anywhere is the best RAP tool I know. It helped me greatly and decreased my work charge. I don't have dislikes in general. Just, sometimes, I need to repeat the process of deleting a bot, but that isn't a problem.

AA is a wonderful tool, I love it. It automates business operations, is reliable, and can perform heavy tasks without human intervention. Also, is very precise in the execution of bots.

About AA after 4 years of use!
What do you like best about the product?
AA 360 makes automation extremely simple with a huge list of actions to do various operations and connectors to integrate 3rd party apps. The IQ bot comes in handy when it comes to extracting data from PDF documents. Humans and machines may now interact more successfully than ever before thanks to AARI. AA 360 is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward to understand when compared to previous versions.

- More thorough SAP documentation and BAPI Packages can assist in quickly automating SAP activities
- A trained L1 Tech support team can assist in reducing response times once an issue has been raised and explained
- A standard framework and a system variable for the line number will help.
- The bot agent's time for deploying packages locally could be improved.

SAP Invoice processing, HR related automations, Financial AP processes, operational activities. Relief of the pressure of repetitive, high-volume operations like purchase order issuance and claims processing. Despite the fact that the automation of back office work appears to have little influence on the front office, AA improves customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
There new interface in the browser which is a revolutionary feature is the best one. Also, they added some new features to the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't allow us to use some external activities which are not present in AA tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of us are solving the business problems which required more FTE's time to do that process. The processes is like Invoice Processing, PO Processing, and some Excel processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the easy drag and drop option, easy-to-use feature, less programming-oriented, easy to learn tools in order to perform business actions. Understanding is improved due to the flowchart way of representation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to say the UI features could be a bit improves as compared to other RPA tools such as for Blue prism, and provide better in-depth listing tools for business review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems which we did as a practice was extracting the details for eg the NSE stock exchange table extracting the details of the stocks of the companies there and reading those data into MS excel. The benefits was how easy and efficient the working becomes with the deployment of bots and less time taken as compared to when we humans try to perform that task.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its versatile feature of using it on the cloud without hassling about installing any software. Anyone can create a process on the browser and even run it from the browser. Almost all the package for developing the bot is pre-installed so that very cool feature of AA.

To learn or to utilize the full feature of AA you need to have the Enterprise version which I think is not good for learners

I am developing a task to download invoice data from mail then extract the data from invoice documents using OCR technology then export data in to the SQL database
Good, however v11 is better suited to older applications, IQBot needs alot more material for support

AA360 is very suitable for web handling and navigation using domx path.
The recorder I find is less useful than v11's object cloning and capturing screens, specifically financial applications built on delphi.

IQBot needs a lot of work in terms of support, We need detail documents on how AA uses DB's for learning instances, as when we upgrade control room we lose all our learning instances.
The issue was resolved by AA's technical team over the course of 3 sessions that were 3 hours or longer.
