What do you like best about the product?
The capability to automate almost every aspect, Easily maintainable bots
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of detailed documentation it's hard to get the hang of it in the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were creating the automatic table for offices, for sending the data of the users by scripts was hard, Using metabots made it very easier.

Training material seems unstructured and more complicated that it should be

I like that I can use this software to easily automate different aspects of my business, this makes the tasks that I leave for humans more meaningful.

I have to know exactly what I want done and approximately how I want it to be done, unlike a human that can thing they can help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I am solving are efficiency problems where a human would regularly be exhausted.

For people who are considering the use of automation anywhere, they may be skeptical of the use of technology to implement and integrate it into their business. I would say the most important aspect is to take the chance and use technology to the benefit of the company. There are so many different ways that this can be integrated into the company and they will make the rest of the work that the company is doing seem more meaningful to the employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Faster BOT development as compared to any other RPA tools. AA offers both attended and unattended BOT creation with feasibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
MI reporting, Integrated Queue and Packaging of Process code.

Object cloning is not stable on our version, it would be nice to fully use it with warranty

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere offers an easy to use user interface and offers capability for fast development even for non-developers. The release of your Automation Anywhere University has been instrumental to my personal development using the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst the software is indeed easy to use, I would like the main process development area to be more visually friendly. I am aware of the flowchart functionality but I would like to see more of this in the main process development area to enable developers to develop in a flow-chart when necessary (i.e. differing paths based on decisions)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am already a UiPath Developer and I wanted to expand my skillset to include Automation Anywhere. I have found the softwares to be similar (which is good both are market leaders) and the combination of your training and community edition has helped me to piece together further the larger RPA picture and enable me to contribute a more rounded opinion during the tool selection stage of client engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With the free version now available for users to try out the software, there is absolutely no reason why everyone shouldn't download the software and give it a go! It's easy to use with obvious and satisfying rewards.

I don't like that I need to change the my philosophy of develope solution because queues doesn't have the same metodology and other RPA tools.

If you want to introduce your first automations in your company and then, be able to scale them. Automation Anywhere is very good option.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to automate the oracle cloud manual process like running the BI reports through soap payload in automation anywhere. Automation anywhere is very easy to use .Quick development. Includes metabot which are very easy to use. Object cloning helps to capture the front end oracle forms/pages. Ability to work with excel files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rest API service not supported by automation anywhere .Not able to use rest services as per our requirement. Product have lots of bug in new version. Please include more commands to integrate with oracle cloud like it has for SAP integrations.

Automating the manual process like invoice creation, PO-creation and running oracle bi reports through automation soap service. It helps to automate the test cycle. Can do end to end test cycle using automation anywhere features.

What do you like best about the product?
All Activities looks simple, but it is not best approach sometimes. Want to have more abilities like using of one of programming language inside. Depends on training videos IqBot looks very awesome, but didn't tested yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed of loops performing is very low. In situation when i have to compare two arrays with 200+ element in each one. it takes a lot of time by using usual loops.

Processing Excel Tables, Web automation, Data Scrapping. Benefit - decrease of time for task processing.

Pass certification on partner portal training and a lot of practice will will help.

What do you like best about the product?
Excel management in comparison with other Automation tools, it has advantage other them in this specific sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Impossible to schedule workflows, I reported this issue more than a year ago and it was "fixed" in the V11, while it wasn't sure after I contacted them and I installed the new one, a "solution" is on the way.
- No migration tools. Impossible to migrate from AA10 to AA11. The easy solution: You should buy a new server! And if the next year, we change again the CR, then you need to buy a new server again! Even the experts thought that none of their clients have moved to production, which showed that the solution wasn't properly tested.

- Any migration is impossible without increasing the budget and bad justifications from the support team, forgetting that more complex services like Windows, Office or Visual Studio have these capabilities.
