RPA was a good career choice and Automation Anywhere is a best RPA choice
What do you like best about the product?
I like most its Control Room- It allows to customize roles based on client requirement. I feel my onsite job is easy as Control Room has very user friendly and easy to understand UI design.
Object Cloning- It suggests some default properties and allows to choose on which properties you want to go with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Many time, when we need to reboot App Server Automation Anywhere app pool and scheduler services are not getting restarted automatically.
For me its Task Editor's design and UI is not good. It is really very difficult to debug, update and fix bug as whole script has single alignment and it very difficult to find the correct block of code where you have to make the change.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated Invoicing System, Card Management, Branch Balancing and Reconciliation and many other backend banking and retail operations for different clients across the world.

What do you like best about the product?
The installation of the tool is very easy. Also, AA provides a trial version by using which you can be sure whether to buy the full version or not which is a big plus to the industry. Product supports "WebSocket" so you can monitor status of deployed bot from anywhere and any machine from web. The support provided by the AA team is also commendable.The product is also very flexible and can work on mainly all types of cloud platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backward Compatibility is a big issue in AA which needs to be looked upon by the team ASAP. Also the interface can be one thing which can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA is being used in the retail sector in our organisation. Most of the processes having excel operations are being automated.
The time required to build a workflow has reduced to a huge extent using AA. The monitoring can be done very easily and efficiently .

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Robotic Process Automation is new concept and Automation Anywhere is one of the most mature product in the market. Please do thorough analysis where and which business process you are going to automate, take long term approach while automating process (You would not like to be in a spot where you will be putting lot of efforts again and again to develop process). Great powers come with greater responsibilities so keep your security team involve in every automation and in case you are automating process with ERP system make sure you have different accounts or Bot id's which will be carrying out tasks.

The simplicity of the platform enabling us to create automations is the best feature of AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has to increase its penetration in the banking world. Rest the platform is good

Invoice processing, Order to Cash processes with AA platforms are mostly solved by me and my team. we have got more than 1 FTE benefits across processes

It has the highest number of developers across the Globe, the simplicity of developing automations and cross functional abilities

What do you like best about the product?
It's early days with the software but so far it's doing what we wanted. What has been great though is the client management from AA who are fully engaged with us on our journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Main issue so far was the installation was difficult with me having to go into the MSI logs to try and work out what the issues where. A better pre-requisite check like Visual Studio should probably negate this. Once getting over the installation hurdle though all has been fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating a repetitive process with large peaks and troughs during the year. At peak times we're using a lot of overtime and witnessing quality issues with the keying.

Automation Anywhere is a great tool which provides complete solution to build and deploy bots for variety of process automation. This is a complete and robust solution for such work in production.
What do you dislike about the product?
API automation is something that the tool has to improve on. The output is only in JSON format. Parsing it as a text and getting the values we require is a bit tedious.
Strict Licensing Cost for the product.Sharing is not allowed by different users of the team.
It takes a lot of money to develop as well as run the Bots.The IQ Bot should also be a part of package instead of being a separate package.

Financial Services,Service Now,Salesforce all major domains we are automating.We do not have to look for any extra add-in or plugin to read documents.IQ Bot does the job.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and automate the process. Even people new to the tool can easily learn this tool. Meta bots and image recognition I like the most. The rest of the commands are easy to use. Re usability of Meta bots is very good. The service provided by the automation anywhere is very good. Usage of IQ bot is very flexible Training of the documents made very easy. it supports multiple languages as well as self training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are bugs in the new version of the AA Tool in the client system as well as the control room. The bugs in the 11 version control room are very high. In the development Client also high. There are some areas where Automation Anywhere is not supported when the application is built in iFrames and Flash player. In the version 11.2 there are many bugs the main bug in the tool is send email command is not working upto the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this tool for automating the HR process for on boarding candidates, offer letter preparation and update position details for associates in SAP system. Fetching the details form the different applications like (lotus notes and share point). All the retrieved values need to be segregated and final update those in the share point of reference purpose.

I would like to recommend this tool for the beginners who are new to RPA technology and new to the coding background.
