RPA is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Robotics Process Automation seems to be something that will really change how our company operates and will help us find efficiencies that were not possible before.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. I haven't been working with them long enough to find any issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to automate tasks across every major corporate function.
Its a great tool and the BOT Games experience was really good

The networking that I was able to do there with AA experts really helped me enhance my AA skillset.

I had a concerned the RPA scale-out process, because it is first time for the business team to develop the system in my career. AA staff supported us for solving as their own problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am concerned about the license fee. For providing good support to users, it is too expensive to give the license to developers easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For picking up the data or certified copies from web using RPA is helpful.

1. I like the software. It is easy to code a process to automate.
2. The best part is the support that one can get from Automation Anywhere experts when needed.
3. with this, we are also able to automate few processes where some part of logical thinking is needed.
4. control room is very simple to use with the ease of scheduling and workflows.
5. the build in email feature in both control room and client. It sends email automatically when a scheduled bot completes withthe status.

What do you dislike about the product?
Credential Vault is not 100% secure. There's a possibility of misusing passwords. To make it more robust, a filed in credential vault which is masked to store password should not be able to enter in any other filed (like username or other text fields on a website) other than password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the AA to automate Inventory management related processes and sourcing processes where PO's are automatically cut to the vendors, revisions are made automatically when needed, lot of data related reports are automated. We have managed to save a lot of man hours in a year with the implementation of AA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are looking for saving man hours with improved efficiency and quality, I would recommend switching to AA. We have implemented this at Sears holdings India PVT LTD and was able to automate not only simple processes, but also few complicated processes which requires few logical thinking.

Easy to connect(multiple platforms and technologies), Easy to adopt(Learning a new AA coding), Easy to use(Motoring the day to day execution as a single dashboard), Easy to eliminate the manual process, Easy to realize the benefits and Easy to monitor the bot activity and Easy to develop
What do you dislike about the product?
Availability of resources(Ex - Materials and partners) in the market and the cost of runner is high compare with other RPA tools in the market. No customer connecting portal like LCS from AA to know the new products updates and features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping us to automate the manual process of downloading a reports from our OEM system. Moreover, it will act as one stop solution for automate the entire process of downloading, transforming the data and uploading in to my AX. It help me to reduce the manpower at 50%

In my career of last two years, i was recommended to few companies and others in my team. I would like to recommend all the people who is considering to switch from manual process to automation wherever possible to automate
new baby in house. Trying to automate things.

The UI is fantastic, the screen scraping feature is wonderful to have. This should help to deal complex use cases and imitate humans

What do you like best about the product?
Like most of the real time use cases discussed in this web site for automation in industry.

AA is very simple to implement and achieves great results

I liked how simple it was to learn and implement AA, and also loved the performance and stability of the bots.

Would like to see more excel feature functionality included such as data tables.

It solves many of the repetitive tasks in the business freeing up time to focus on other areas.
It's just an easy programming.

I like best the systematic programming approach. The way it save on the server and checkout to create revision. I can easily adapt on the programming procedure. I like the object cloning and image recognition and key stroke commands. Also the way i can send automated email using your own created email address.

Don't have data type for variable and also not able to add additional item in the created array variable.
I like AA to have the system variable to get the final row count in excel without looping the entire data. I experience that its need to restart computer for me to be able to view other sub folder under my Task. There are also times that AA does not stop even you already press esc button many times. There is no select case, end select procedure compare to vb programming.. I dislike list variable on why need to add initial value during creation of list variable. I dislike it for having few variable type only.

Automation of repetitive task using excel and using EWS. Getting data on pdf file and put it on the excel template. Realize that it is more cost effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to use Automation Anywhere to decrease manpower and cost. The bot can do the work especially those repetitive task.. Maybe recommend also for engineering used for testing process. Recommended also for QA process to automate reporting process.
