Best tool to automate stuff
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of using the product. Most of the things are self explanatory and it is very well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LMS part where you watch the videos to learn about the product. We have high speed internet in our office and still the training video were buffering a lot which created lot of frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple reports which we run on a daily basis. This is provided to the customer. We will be automating this to reduce our burden from the repetitive stuff.
Firewall automation
What do you like best about the product?
The product simply great; not require any programming language; like me who supports in infrastructure may not have programming skills much, RPA experience enhance my skill set to achieve the current market demand.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any as of now; as of now all feautures are good what we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use write firewall rules weekly around 10-12 which spends 15min for each request for an engineer, this RPA made it automation and engineer able to concentrate on other activities.
Prompt support and good product
What do you like best about the product?
The support is prompt. From a developer perspective I like the tool and enjoy the concise view of the code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the support is prompt sometimes they are over enthusiastic and chase you to get updates on a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
billing in the health care vertical, customer onboarding in digital marketing etc. Benefits are around faster turn around times and increased accuracy

Evaluate the product. See if it meets yous requirements and go ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is advantageous on its user-friendliness, easy to train and has a great learning platform. They also came up with a free trial download which they didnt have before.
The account managers are engaged, quick to respond and efficient at responding to our needs.

Installing the software can sometimes be tricky and requires a lot of troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating parts of our procurement process and logistic process. We have realized benefits by savings 1/2 FTE for a Pricing update process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend being rigorous about communicating with your IT department so they are as involved as can be in the implementation process. Syncing your company with the support team from Automation Anywhere is important in the initial implementation stages.

What do you like best about the product?
I am impressed with the quality of the tool being built. The tool is easy to get used to it. Easy to access. Easy to explain other team members.

As of now, i did not find any issues. Everything is perfect. No issue faced till now.
