Weel Defined Process
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is well defined step by step process which ables to understand the technology easily and helps in trouble shooting automations hurdles easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment i did not find any dislikes in automation anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR base problem are solved using automation anywhere it had acheived good ROI.

its a good tool which can create number of bots with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
All mundane task we and automate easily . We can speed up process ,save time and can eliminate human errors.IQ Bot is the best tool in the industry for invoices processing. No other competitor for IQ bot in RPA industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
As developer, debugging tool need to improve. It help to save developer time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bill submission to third party portal, Reconciliation , cash apps etc.

If there is mundane task then you can go fot Automation anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best tool i have worked in RPA, i have experience working in UI path and Blueprism in past , but the kind of architecture AA provide is great .
What do you dislike about the product?
Support system is good but can be better for some urgent issue .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have done our AP process and fincance process automated throught this , and it reduced lot of time and manual work for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation anywhere tools inbuilt functions and it is very simple to use the activities to develop the bot. Compare to other RPA tools automation anywhere is best one and especially its very good for dealing with excel related automation. meta bot and IQ bots having unique features and its adding more value to the Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
we cant use any other function syntax in automation anywhere task bot. we can only call the script to achieve what we are expecting to do beyond the list of activities available in the list. if you guys focus that are to bring more option will be really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked on many industries automation.e.g : banking,finance,hr,insurance. automation anywhere helps to reduce the SLA and improve the quality of the process and helped to save the FTE to save the cost to the company. By implementing RPA using AA company can increase the quality of the process and reduce the cost.

Task Bot,Meta Bot,IQ Bot are very helpful in implementing RPA.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is "super User Friendly". We can do any type of Automation. Best tool to start Automation with. This software doesn't require any prior knowledge of programming, it will asset you in learning process. And the various type of Command are pillars of this software which will do almost everything you wanna do in Automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which annoyed me was not allowing me to skip modules, which is already done by me. And is only supported by Windows OS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are using this tool for transferring files from one server to another and also using e-mail Automation for monitoring service.

Multi OS support will increase number of users and will enhance its use in multi sectors.
Good tool to use but needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I think automation anywhere is good for someone who doesn't have a very good programming background. The features are easily understandable. Most of the features are generic and can be easily used. Also, the control room has a very good feature of monitoring the bot and bots can be paused, resume and killed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe, AA needs to introduce more new features. The IDE looks very old. There are limited features for manipulating data tables. Having generic types of variables sometimes make it annoying to write code as you have to write a couple of like to use the value assigned to a variable. Doesn't provide many features to manipulate Excel data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are various business processes I have automated. Including, automating shared mailbox, a Ceasing customer account in the company which is one of the most complex processes in the company. Moreover, sending the purchase order to a dealer, sending tender to dealers etc.

This is one of the leading automation tools and very easy to work with. Coding client called Task Editor provides good structure to robot code and makes it easy to maintain, while Control Room makes it easy to maintain robots schedules and credentials.
It's one of the best RPA tools out there, and while it still is improving, it already has many Successful implementation programs in the industry.

What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit tricky to work with collections as there's no native variable type for dynamic collection. Can be difficult to work with machines without Microsoft Excel (e.g. companies that are on Google Suite).

I enjoyed in this training and also learnt many new things. I very eager to join and work on projects on Automation. It is quite a interested Domain. The software is very user-friendly and I loved using it.

The one thing I dislike most is that I dont get leave on Sunday.
