Friendly user interface
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about AAE is the user interface which is quite friendly and intuitive. Besides, almost all the activities available in the client are self-explained.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not having the possibility of doing variable operations with default variables from the AAE Client. For a basic example, most of the times I need to create local variables just for count lines in Excel, because I can't do operations with the $counter$ from the Loop command. Besides that, it would be nice to have the possibility of reading an .txt file entirely to a variable without structuring it in columns data, I mean having all text in one string. Also would be nice to have an command like the “GoTo Line” that you could use for example inside a loop command. Of course that there are many work arounds about what I said, but they are suggestions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving problems on compairing and working with data between different platforms (web; sap: etc) and on processing a lot of data in Excel using the bots, working with structured data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
AAC is very easy to use and to implement. If you follow al the rules for a good base implement of RPA this is one of the best products on the RPA market nowadays. The control room offers you many possibilities and also you can retrieve much information about the rentability of your bots using ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
The training material is very extensive and has helped me get started with RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website times out after a while, so if you are researching or trying something it can be irritating having to re login/refresh the website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None as yet but we are working on removing mundane and monotones tasks to help staff focus on more beneficial tasks.

Advanced OCR capabilities are provided only through the purchase of specific IQ bots

We are automating manual repetitive tasks, reducing FTE time and errors. We have set up an RPA CoE in order to achieve our goals

The Support which AA is providing is awesome, they help in fixing the issues asap and also assistance related to the product if good.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the current version we are using we see couple of limitations and we heard those are fixed in higher version which will be very helpful to us.

Currently working on IQ bot related issues,scheduling issues related to RDP based approach.

Automation Anywhere is well defined step by step process which ables to understand the technology easily and helps in trouble shooting automations hurdles easily.

At the moment i did not find any dislikes in automation anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
All mundane task we and automate easily . We can speed up process ,save time and can eliminate human errors.IQ Bot is the best tool in the industry for invoices processing. No other competitor for IQ bot in RPA industry.

As developer, debugging tool need to improve. It help to save developer time.

Bill submission to third party portal, Reconciliation , cash apps etc.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best tool i have worked in RPA, i have experience working in UI path and Blueprism in past , but the kind of architecture AA provide is great .
What do you dislike about the product?
Support system is good but can be better for some urgent issue .

We have done our AP process and fincance process automated throught this , and it reduced lot of time and manual work for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation anywhere tools inbuilt functions and it is very simple to use the activities to develop the bot. Compare to other RPA tools automation anywhere is best one and especially its very good for dealing with excel related automation. meta bot and IQ bots having unique features and its adding more value to the Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
we cant use any other function syntax in automation anywhere task bot. we can only call the script to achieve what we are expecting to do beyond the list of activities available in the list. if you guys focus that are to bring more option will be really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked on many industries automation.e.g : banking,finance,hr,insurance. automation anywhere helps to reduce the SLA and improve the quality of the process and helped to save the FTE to save the cost to the company. By implementing RPA using AA company can increase the quality of the process and reduce the cost.

Task Bot,Meta Bot,IQ Bot are very helpful in implementing RPA.
