End market business process automation, on the beginning of automation journey - exploratory phase
What do you like best about the product?
We are in exploratory phase, governance set up, project management set up, internal competences building. As follow up of PoC - first real business scenario is in WIP, close to finalize happy flow in order to be production ready. Solution is not activated yet – awaiting internal IT infrastructure set up.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative perceived, but cannot judge fully at this moment, as solution is not yet implemented in the production and we did not activate licences. We are still in trial mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of end market business processes. Starting with low added value tasks – e.g. manual retyping from one system to another with rule based processes, Sales admin, customer support and finance tasks. H2 plan for commercial oriented topics. Benefits: Potential saving manual hours of our employees, employee morale, quality – flawless processes, compliant system

Overall, Automation Anywhere has been a good partner to work with. They are very responsive and timely in handling questions and/or issues.

None , but there were too many parallel sessions and sometimes it was overbooked.

Automating real life business cases which cuts across various business units. Focused on adding value through Automation cost savings, quality and productivity gains. Improving business processes as well and then automating them through Automation Anywhere to bring stability, accuracy and agility.

Good product easy to use compatible with various windows based applications, web pages. It is fast to have it installed and ready to use. AA University is very helpful to up skill team members quickly.
Doesnt require to much of coding skills due to drag and drop techniques with easy configurations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like "Terminal Emulator" of Automation Anywhere. Other than I like list variable which I can use to save multiple values. Apart from that, I like loop conditions provided so that we can implement a loop with a condition. The smart recorder is also a very good feature and web recorder to get data from the browser.
One more feature is list variable so we can save multiple values in a single variable.AA mobile app is one more star to its feature which is great as we can manage bot creater and bot runner with the help of mobile only. We can also schedule process using the mobile application.

What do you dislike about the product?
The feature that needs improvement is that "Unable to copy logic from one meta bot to Task and other Metabots" and Actually it's not that I dislike this but it will be really great if we can copy logics from meta bot.To run a bot from task bar can add more value to its value.One more thing that can be improved is giving note for input for SAP function when using DLL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been working on Mainframe as well as SAP application with the help of Automation Anywhere.
The benefits are easy application integration and also all task available on the left is very good.

Yes, I recommend automation anywhere overs other RPA tools due to its easy to use and many advanced features and also pricing.
Easy Automation with Basic Logic and Great functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
Loved many features like role assignment for different types of users, credential vault, multiple bot queue operations, easy development, user friendly GUI, METABOTS and many more. Specially for developing SAP bots, using .dll and logic after script recording makes it very easy to automate the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if there is some load balancing option available so that if we want to run multiple bots at a time, it can allocate the tasks in different runner servers. Also if possible, I would like to ask the AA development team to provide some more videos in the training sessions on some most conman problems which AA users are facing and posting on the QnA page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated BPO, Finance, Health and HR domain processes which previously required huge manual work and now just one click away from completing the daily basis repetitive tasks.

I want to recommend this tool over other tools in the market right now as this tool brings ease to automate almost all kind of possible processes. The most amazing part is the training on AA website, which helps us to understand almost everything about product.

The issue i face is about the license. As an individual we do not get a good chance to work on AA as license cost is very high and trial is for only 30 days whcih restricts us to create many good PoCs.
If an individual is given a license then there can be remarkable achivement as every one get different thought.
I would really like to request Automation Anywhere team to help me to get some licensed version so that I can try my level best to creae very new PoCs.

What do you like best about the product?
loved the learning and how their are so many course options so you can learn what will help you on your path. I love the Ice breaker course and its game lay out, it kept the learning fun :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I found some of the questions on some of the tests really hard to answer without keeping detailed notes. Some felt very specific and I found them hard to answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am hoping to move to our automations team so I hope to soon be solving all kinds of problems. But right now I seem endless possibilities from the role I currently hold, including simple change requests and letter writing.

Automation Anywhere is very easy to learn. In about 2 hours you can already have coded your first bot.
Their support is very good and always available.

The hardest part about creating a bot with AA is to make it robust. There many things which could crash a bot. If AA can improve here with more AI or other features I can see them as the market leader.

Decrease the amount of "simple" tasks to achieve more time for complex problems.
