Impressions of AA
What do you like best about the product?
Wealth of commands available and client user interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of detailed documentation. Some "simple" activities (creating variables, set variable values, etc.) involve more steps than in other languages...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backoffice processes involving the Insurance Claim process

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tie in multiple processes with built in error handling and notifications. Example: Run SQL query, export into google sheets using metabot, launch google script to format and send reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating through some websites. Object cloning and some website integration tends to not be consistent. This is not always an issue with the software however. Some of it has to do with websites or aplications being updated without notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimizing repetitive, rules-based tasks. There are opportunities in all departments including Payroll, AP/AR, Human Resources, Compliance, Procurement etc.
Initially difficult due to multiple upgrades been required, support is alot better now.
What do you like best about the product?
Adding the CSM has helped greatly we meet twice a month, while also having the CSM available to escalate any issues or questions I have has been beneficial to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially there seemed to be a constant need to upgrade and install hotfixes, within AA there seemed to be a drive to have my team continue to upgrade which in essence felt like we were a POC for AA to test their upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving issues within multiple departments ranging from Finance, Ops and IT.

Agree a pricing structure upfront prior to proceeding that works for you as you grow.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy Debugging methods, IQbots, error handling.
Easy to learn, great support from the AA support team

SAP Automation using AA - it can only be done through metabots, easy object cloning is not possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been part of several Banking projects like reconciliations, etc. AA was really helpful in solving a lot of complex use cases.

AA Control Room has best user features. It is easy to use and monitor the bots. Get real time numbers of value incurred by all bots.

AA latest version has lot of bugs to be corrected.

Support to the users have to be quick and appropriate.
It's a good tool.It has more things to explore it boosts our creativity and innovation

I didn't dislike anything particulary because it's user friendly

We are automating the things that are done according to step by step procedure .so we can minimize man power and improve efficiency

AA helps us carry out operational activities more quickly, if the process is correctly standardized it could become even simpler.

the problems: highly manual tasks, high response times. the benefits: more immediate responses, simpler activities for the user

The Billing model, The AA could provide a per use billing

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to train three accountants to be bot developers who had no technical experience and all three became certified developers. They are all able to develop bots with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with the bot runners not connecting consistently on a regular basis. This has required some manual intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We a looking at reduction the transfer of data from different systems manually by having the bots move the data. We are seeing reduced error rates and quicker data transfers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend a third party implementer to help you setup the environments and do the training.
