Automate anything anywhere with advanced AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Automation Anywhere has been helping us along in tackling complex cases, we have been creating bot for many such cases where our workload reduces to almost zero. We had been looking for many tools for RPA but we found AA the best in the market. It is best in the market in every aspect with powerful AI/ML capabilities. Even the deployment of the product in our organisation was very quick and it got started with us in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a space for improvement in SAP interface as i think it could be more better. Other than this, they should focus with more workforce in customer support. Besides these small things, there's nothing more i can dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Automation Anywhere from more than a year and we have got tremendous support from the software. With the help of AA, we have been able to automate most of our work and we have created and implemented bots for many automatic services where customer can contact with bot for most of the queries. We have been able to save a lot in our annual gross expenditure with the help of AA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We would definitely recommend AA to everyone who wants to automate things and make themselves involved in other productive works.
Makes our workforce stronger with the help of AI employees
What do you like best about the product?
The tool makes it albe for us to do things that we could not do with our current workforce. We now automate tasks that we used to need fte´s for. This is the biggest win for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you start to use a new tool or platform you need to keep in mind that it needs a learning curve and that there is a certain investment needed to get to achieve your goals. This is true for Automation anywhere because it´s so comperhensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem was that we needed a lot of employees to solve easy and simple tasks. These employees are hard to find, switch from their job often and with the help we automated processes so that we are able to do our work with less employees in the end.

What do you like best about the product?
- It has free community version for students, which is very helpful for students who can't afford paid version.
- Another thing I liked the most is that you can use whole software on your browser, no need to download anything.

I haven't found any issue using this software. Everything is fine!

Currently we're exploring all features that this software offers and planning to deploy bot in next few weeks.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides both the front end and back office robots to help automate both sides of the tasks. Repetitive tasks can be automated without any human intervention, employees can be engaged in other higher-value tasks rather than performing the routine repetitive tasks. The drag and drop option allows to create and deploy a bot for any complex task without having a moderate level of coding knowledge. Cost-effective compared to other popular RPA tools like Uipath and Blue Prism.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beginner programming skills are required to use this RPA tool, little or no programming skills may get you into complications, there is room for improvement in OCR capabilities. The amount of time it takes to speak to a support agent should be quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of scalability, it definitely works faster and more than a human dose. It provides a macro recorder to monitor and record actions performed to create logic out of itself and you don't have to make a set of sequential actions, the tool will do it based on the way you work on your system.

It has a straightforward integration process and can be a suitable and cost-effective tool for small to medium-size businesses.

Automation Anywhere helps to automate business end-to-end business processes with AI and Bots. I was able to give more tangible cost savings to my customer by eliminating repetitive activities. Automation is made much easier with Automation Anywhere for all the different Industries to increase efficiency. Automation Anywhere provides powerful tools to automate processes, and cognitive Bots as IQ Bots are also robust. Training people to use the Software is much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is a bit expensive compared to other RPA Tools, but it's a market leader because of the features it provides. Modification of task feature is not available in control room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in different automation projects to eliminate repetitive work and it helps to use human resources in a more efficient manner.

It is a service that is very well established in robotic automation, where it helps customers automate their business processes and keep their processes in order, this platform establishes personalized bots which are responsible for performing tasks repetitively, this helps have better business results and improves the experience of artificial intelligence, machine learning and analytics, it also offers functions, where the can-do webinars, assisted automation, automation of business processes, has process generator, and integration of third parties, and this helps to obtain more sales and satisfied customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform has a configuration called control room which allows you to see the tasks done and loaded at 100% so taht they can be sent, this method requires knowledge because it contains several functions which can cause confusion and not knowing how to use it , which is why you need to spend time to understand it, in addition its mobile application is very poorly developed since when you open it crashes and you cannot use it, which is annoying bacause it allows you to use it properly.

We use this service to keep track of our financial processes, this system offers us personalized bots which help us automate our activities and projects, and it allows us to monitor availability, schedule, and performance, apart from allowing us to follow up, analyze the progress of our businesses and helps us o be always up to do date on our work carried out simply and easily thanks to the systems bots, apart from being used as a support to resolve any doubts and problems that may arise where it is solved in ¡a matter of seconds.

I recommend it to offer positive result on your automatons and you can obtain more sales and more satisfied customers with this service, it offers you to update your data or extract your data, it offers you to have a panel which is in charge of seeing the performance of the work and allows you to have your reports well-analyzed where you can update them easily and simply, it is also fantastic because its creation of bots maintains intelligent options for your comfort in your use of the service.

Automation Anywhere RPA is a system that since we implemented it has come to stay with us since it allows us to automate many tasks, perform them quickly and obtain information on each progress through its real-time data analysis system. We have obtained a great experience working with this RPA system because it has allowed us to obtain great improvements, its functionality gives us a lot of peace of mind and despite being somewhat expensive it is very profitable since it allows us to save work personnel.

Automation Anywhere is a solution for your organization with easy reach, great solutions, a lot of innovation and unique functionality. It is very reliable, it generates a great experience, and it is very easy to use even if you are inexperienced. It is a nutrient-dense alternative and is ideal for use in any organization.

The technical support service is available 24 hours a day, it has a free version that allows you to explore and test its functions, as well as an easy to understand and use interface, I consider Automation Anywhere a reliable and stable rpa tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
the tool has a high price compared to others offered in the market. The code search function has shortcomings that could be improved, otherwise Automation Anywhere fulfills its purpose.

It significantly reduced the work time in certain areas of the company such as the billing process, the loading of new data to the system, the mobile application allows me to access the bots from anywhere and at any time,
